Software was able to help me add information, and it gave me a variety of resume samples to choose from, with excellent formats. However, it that software also didn't allow much flexibility to changes. I had one line left on the first page, that definitely needed to be the first line on page two, and it wouldn't allow me to move it over. I spent several hours fighting the software and wondered if it would have been better, (and obviously cheaper) to just spend that time creating a resume on Microsoft Word. In fact, I may end up doing that tomorrow anyway, and canceling my account.

Juan was EXTREMELY helpfully with canceling my subscription and getting me what he could give me as a refund for being charged without my knowledge. His supervisor also gave me part of my refund as well. Just waiting on corporate to get me the rest (approx $50). Hopefully corporate will be as kind as their employees and issue the full refund!

I spent $1.95 to try it and made a resume on this website because it showed me that try 14 days, cancel anytime. I was thinking 1.95 is ok to get a resume and I added my card and paid the money. After that, I called them to cancel. We would like the opportunity to, respectfully, clarify some of the information. Once the client decides to acquire our services, a welcome screen with billing details is presented. A confirmation email is send to the customer that states: "Your subscription begins immediately and renews automatically" followed by the corresponding date and purchase price. We do offer various options to cancel your account via telephone, LifeChat, or email and It also explains, that you can cancel at any given time. This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that, unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Please keep in mind that you needed to cancel the service in order to avoid the charges. This was stated on different stages of your enrollment process and was also informed before and after your credit card information was entered. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well.
