Frustrated at the lack of accommodation this site provides. It also did not provide me with me "FREE" resume and I ended up signing up for a prescription that never sent me an email. Very upset with this website and how they wait until you've spent a lot of time and effort building your resume just to end with, "oh by the way this program isn't actually free like we advertise." The website does a decent job providing an easily navigable template; however, when clicking on the website it says FREE resume builder and it is NOT FREE. Now I have to spend more time I don't have as I attempt to transfer all my information to a new FREE template, as I am applying for colleges in two days.

This alert is also given when the credit card information is requested where it explains that unless you cancel, you automatically authorize us to charge your account every four weeks at the current rate of the subscription. Lastly, when you finish your enrollment process, an e-mail is sent explaining this as well. Auto e-mails can get picked up by the filter as spam or junk mail, redirecting this to the junk/spam folder. Please be sure to check these folders just in case.

This company is one big fraud and I am in a fraud case against them. Without any approval of me and my husband they withdraw a monthly amount of $24,95 from our bankaccount since dec 2016. I spent hours building my resume because it kept freezing. I went to download because it's free and will not let me of course. I went to sign back in and it's gone. Terrible. I used another resume builder cost me almost 2 dollars to save my resume as many ways I wanted.

The software looks easy to use but apparently, when I tried to download it on the Word document it was very different and the layout was a complete mess. I have been told from the customer service I should have used Adobe PDF to have an exact same layout. The customer service was very good and helped me to correct the mistakes. I would say try to be patient for using this website because it might not do the job for you as quickly as you anticipated.

Everything about the site was great, the resume building was easy and all other tools worked great, it was just really difficult to cancel, and even after I had canceled I was still getting charged months later, come to find out, so I had to live chat and try it again. What is worse, they have bought all these opinions to keep on with their robbery, just try to look for the lowest qualifying opinion and you'll get an idea of what really is Resumenow. Don't buy their 1 CV or you'll end being stolen much more (125 in my case). On the other hand, their tips are pretty good, but it can't justify their policy.
