I had the same problem like Oance F. Simply didn't see the subscription so when they taxed me next month I was like What? Non-refundable though! Yes, I have created nice CV which helped me with my interviews but it is disappointing to be charged like that!

I found the website via Edge search because I needed help with a particular resume, CV. I found the website easy and helpful, even giving hints to help guide me through the process of creating the resume. When I needed a customer service representative, they were polite and just nice. They encourage usage of the full site, for example, job postings that were listed on the site in my area. Next time, I plan to purchase.

Resume now has great features. It allowed me to build my resume in a couple of minutes as well as the cover letter. I got the position I was looking for and the resume style I submitted looked very clean and professional.
I canceled the subscription just because I do not like having recurring fees in my credit card... even though been aware of the convenience. Would definitely use it in the future

The most idiotic service I have ever seen.
I made a CV with their CV builder and purchased it and instead of it being a one time purchase as it clearly appeared they activated a subscription with direct debit enabled without my consent for such a thing and I got taxed 300% the purchase I wanted to make because of it!
And now that I look back at my purchase email I saw in very small text the details of my subscription.
These cheap scummy tactics to sign people up for unwanted subscription in the hope that people will not see it and keep paying for a subscription that they did not want in the first place is the lowest of the low I've seen right next to scam websites.
I advise you to not try out their BS and go find some other site that has transparency when it comes to their purchases.

Dodgy (FREE)

Went online to do a resume, saw that the site was a(FREE TRAIL) free trail cost me $1.95. First thing is you do not get to see terms &conditions before you continue into program second there is no communication that by doing the (FREE TRAIL) that at the end of it you become a member costing $27.95 WHICH MUST GET CHARGED AT 12.01 AM at the trail ending. I am in australia and have tryed the 1800 number which you cannot get through to &emailed them & received message back with amessage telling me it is a unsercured site. So cannot talk to anyone so now have to go to the ACCC to lodge WHAT A SCAM

The ironic part about this is I didn't end up needing the service, but had signed up on accident. The customer service was responsive, concerned, and helped me with my need for a refund with a caring and quick manner. They offered me other options that could save me money if I needed the service, but didn't push when I declined. Impressed!

Spoke to Joyce Johnson via chat to cancel my account and get a refund. She was excellent and very attentive to my request. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. It is very refreshing to get someone who cares like she did. She did her job well and even tried to sell me on other offers and was not persistently negative and very respectful of my answer. I appreciated that.

I cancelled my account today, speaking with a CSR by the name of Esmaralda, located in Costa Rico. She is a wonderful respresentative of this company, I wish more company's had CSR's who act with the professionalism that this woman demonstrated in our email chat. She is a hard working employee who is also working on a degree in Business Administration. I applaud her actions, her goals, and if this company realizes talent, they will promote her to a position of increased responsibility.

Customer Service was frustarting and insulting... I requested to have my account cancelled and rather than cancel my account the rep tried THREE TIMES to sell me on additional packages to keep my business... she then insisted she would like once more to make an offer to keep my account active to "go the extra mile"... I spent 20 minutes trying to make a simple request and they were ignoring me entirely.

Listen to your customer and don't sell to them when they ask to cancel

Walter provided fantastic service and did not stop until he found the issue. Apparently there was a error when I signed up and I had created 2 accounts. I thought I had cancelled the account, but there were still charges being applied. Walter talked me into saving the first account at a lower cost and he researched and found the other account for me to get it cancelled.
