Customer first mentality

Helped me build a customized resume for my field (police officer). Once I no longer needed it I cancelled but there was an issue with it and the cancellation did not go through correctly.

Customer service not only helped cancel it but refunded me the overpay with zero issue plus an extra one for the trouble. They were fantastic. It was refreshing to have a customer service call like this.

My son was having difficulties writing a resume. We looked up online and found Resume-Now. It was a very user friendly site.

When I wanted to cancel my subscription, I experienced some difficulty reaching them. It was apparently storm related. Because of that I was unable to cancel. However, when I did call again, I was able to get through and felt there was good customer service from Joseph.

NO CLEAR INFORMATION

Would rate resume- now higher if the charges that will appear on your bill were stated more clearly... joined the $1.95 free trail and then was charged $24.95, this was a surprise to me I thought it would cost me only $1.95... was also charged for an additional month and then had to call AGAIN and this charge was cancelled... was tired of calling the customer service to keep asking to clarify the bill or cancel charges. Not worth it for me

Great value for pretty good service. The customer service was amazing though. Five stars to that. I feel that with some time, this service will work out the glitches (mainly between converting to work and then being able to edit/format still). Either way, sharing this service between many people, this could actually be an extremely affordable service. Thanks!

This is NOT a free resume.
Be aware that when you use this service, you'll spend your time doing all of the work to make your resume, then when done, you can't get a copy unless you sign up for their service for a monthly fee of $19.99 automatically billed to your credit card. They purposely appear to be a free resume site; they could simply charge you $20 for the resume, but they force you to sign up for this recurring fee hoping that they'll get a few months of fees out of you. Then when the fee shows on your credit card, you can't just click on it to get their info to cancel it; you have to actually initiate a claim with your card company in order to get their contact information... just not worth the cost!

You can download a plain text version of your resume for free. In order to use all premium features of the service, we offer customers a 14 day access for $1.95 USD and we indicate up front that it will auto renew after the 14 day period and that it can be canceled at any time. The auto renewal is listed with the features of the 14-day subscription on the sales page, as well as on the payment and confirmation pages. We also send a payment confirmation e-mail stating the date and amount of the auto-renewal. We do offer several ways to cancel including via phone, live chat, e-mail and self-cancellation in your Account Settings. Walter Berrios was very helpful in canceling my auto renewal and getting my refund. However, I am very disappointed that it was not a full refund. Your website does not make auto renewal clear, in fact it is sneaky. I guess if you can get 71 cents from everyone you trick that adds up to significant dollars. A partial refund does not bring me back to your website. Very disappointing, your service should be enough. No tricks!

I forgot to cancel my subscription (I'm currently not looking for employment) and even though their trial service clearly stated I would auto-renew after a certain time, the representative I chatted with was incredibly polite and helpful, and gave me a full refund - even though the renewal was my own fault.
