Very comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast is good but my only suggestion is I'm lactose intolerant and would be great if there was non dairy oat or almond milk for the oatmeal and cereal.

Online reservation is simple and straight forward. The only exception was no place to enter a Rate Code for a scheduled event or requirements for special needs. Perhaps a request or comment block on the reservation page.

Looking for a two bedroom suite found that they had a two bedroom suite online when I called to make the reservation they told me they had no two bedroom suites available 5 months in advance how does that happen when online it shows they do?
So now I'm skeptical at whether or not this hotel has two bedroom suites do I book it online and take a chance of them telling me they don't have a two bedroom suite?

I feel this company operates deceptively by presenting itself online as if you are communicating with the actual hotel rather than a third party. I recently Googled "Hampton Inn Pryor OK" and unfortunately went to a Reservation.Com web site rather than the Hampton Inn (Hilton) site. The reservation was made successfully but unfortunately I was hit with a $17.99 service fee which could have been avoided by using Hilton's web site. Lesson learned is to watch the URL in you web browser to make sure it is associated with the hotel chain you want, or to call the hotel directly using their local number.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
