Booked a two night stay in middle of March using Reservation Desk.
My plans changed and I went to cancel the reservation with over 1 month before the reservation was effective. I could cancel the reservation however I would still be charged 100% of the original reservation!
When I spoke with both a representative of Reservation Desk and their supervisor, they told me 'tough luck - you booked it online and agreed to no cancellation policy'. I would never agree to a non-cancellation policy... life happens and plans change! Where this policy was in the fine print is beyond me... so here is a warning to those considering this service - simply don't. You will regret it! I know I do!

Book direct through the hotel! They charge $100 dollars more for the same room. I called and they would do anything. I got a receipt to where i stayed and it was 100 dollars cheaper
