DO NOT USE! As some others have said...SCAMMERS! Booked hotel in Nashville "with a spa tub" and arrived from out of state for a bday celebration to none of what I overly paid for! This so called reservation desk CS dept and supervisors are lying nonprofessional POS and do absolutely nothing to help or accommodate their horrible services. They claim they listen to the calls then lie and say their member didn't mess up. They all give false information when questioned. Plus they are very rude! They take your money and that's it. Never again...lesson learned. STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOLKS!

The room hadn't changed since it was opened as The Renaissance Hotel. The sofa was broken down and was filthy. Carpet was dirty. We found leftover food in the drawers near fridge. The owner needs to put money back into this place. Only reason we stayed is bc we checkin in late and was leaving early. I will not stay here again.

I was on hold for 30 plus minutes. I attempted to use the remain in queue call back feature only to immediately receive a call back stating a representative was going to assist me to remain in hold for 20 more minutes. I also wanted to extend a previously made reservation and not create a new reservation for a day however the representative said that would be much more complicated so I now have a one day reservation in addition to my original reservation making tracking confirmation numbers and such more complicated.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
