Great no fuss I did have a question arise and I called got the answer.
So I booked a room, they charged me $15 booking fee, ok but to charge me a whole different price from the wat was told was down right terrible. I been talking with agents, and one claimed to be a supervisor was rude and very disrespectful. I just want my $284 back.

Not sure about the $15.99 service fee. Our daughter and family booked same roon, same hotel and were not charged this service fee. Is there a block of rooms for Prairie Fire Cheerleaders?
