You are asking for a review on an automated option, the Reservation Counter was easy to use- but the survey makes no sense since there was no other option. Surveys are great- I get it - but seriously don't understand this one and having to come up with 50 words to complete it is not a good idea. It's taking away from the easy experience I had booking the reservation- There are not 50 words to comment on this software- it was my only option and easy enough to navigate.
