I would have liked better photographs of the rooms, especially the bath area. While I was looking, the room I was just about to book suddenly became sold out, and surprisingly a duplicate, more expensive room, became available. I'm not sure how a king room and a king room can be that much different. You should honor the lower price for me.

Occasionally, due to the dynamic nature of hotel room rates, the lower rates may sell out quicker on occasion. We wish the price had not gone up in your case, but we can assure you that you received the very best rate we had available at the time you booked. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Had reservations for two nights, when I arrived I was informed that I did not have reservations. I had confirmation number and payment had already been taken from my credit card over a month ago. After waiting over an hour, finally one night was finally taken care of. After two hours, still waiting for second night to be paid.
