Booking and taking your money is a cinch. You get a confirmation number too. But they do NOT provide check in and out information. So then I called to get it (10 caller, waited probably 10+ minutes) and they can tell they have my booking, but still ask me 5 verification questions. They don't have the info I need so they finally give me the front desk number for the hotel and it ends up being a fax machine.

I was sent a link to reserve a room with parking added. It took me to the Safari platform and it would NOT let me make a reservation with parking. I had to use Google Chrome and I could not find a link to add the parking into my reservation! I will have to call to see if I can add the parking to my reservation. Not very accommodating! Very frustrating!

I was trying to check in and they kept saying my card was declined. And then they realized it was your card/payment that would not go through. So I could not check in because a payment had not been made. 30 minutes later they just let me go to room. Not sure how long they took to resolve your problem.
I would not give you a 1 star. But that is only option 🙈

I really appreciate the fact that there is a La Quinta where I need to be for 3 days so I can stay in a Nice Hotel at a reasonable price.

Answer: Trying to cancel a reservation, the rote voice said it did not recognize the phone number, even though it was the same phone I used to make the reservation. Then asked if the reservation confirmation number started with an R. I said No. It asked me several more times. I kept answering No. Then it told me to call the hotel for help and hung up. Called the hotel. They said they could not cancel since the reservation was made through a third-party company. That I would have to cancel through ReservationCounter. (Oh, by the way, I had tried to use the online Cancellation page - it doesn't work.) It was very difficult to get through to anybody and there were very long waits in between. I will never use this company again.
