I had to cancel my booking and was expected to only pay the one night stay as i was on the deadline of May 9 to cancel and would be charged for one night. I have been charged for the entire stay and it is coming out of my paycheck now. Very upset and cannot afford this cost.

Booked a hotel and have yet to receive a confirmation or receipt of purchase. One of the many reasons I do not like going through third party bookings. I'd rather call hotel direct. I may pay a little more but it's worth the convenience.
