I was on booking.com which I literally had all my info in and the same room. I went you website to check to look at hotel pictures. Then I thought I was putting my credit card info into booking.com not here. As I said I am handicapped this happen to me 4 years ago. This will be my first vacation which is very expensive for someone who is on Diana's scraps by on every single penny. It was 734 with taxes on booking.com also where I could have gotten a free cancellation up to the 17th at 12 this is Terrible I will be obviously coming as I can not afford to throw my $ away. I asked to refund she say I can't or I lose my $ and no trip.: I ask can you at least price match please help me. I am very devastated!

Made reservations through reservation counter, room included paid buffet breakfast. Upon arrival at hotel was informed that the breakfast was not included. Makes me wonder what happened.
