This is just another site hijacking access to the facility pretending to speak for the facility. I have my reservation and hope it will be there when I get there. He site I used says the cancellation policy is I pay almost the FULL price of the total stay even IF I cancelled at the time of booking. That means I was trapped the instant
I figured it was NOT the facility I was in communication to reserve my room.

I am not certain as to how I ended up on your website. Yes, it was quick and easy, however, when I called to make a change (not a cancellation) I couldn't because the room I wanted was not available. However, it was available on the hotel website. In addition, I couldn't cancel my reservation because it is not refundable (which was not clear when booking).
