Everything said below is still true. I will not use your service again. On the calendar presented, I marked the nights for 5/9,5/10, AND 5/11, and leaving on the twelfth. So we made the additional night's reservation through the hotel staff. We are good. However, your system still screwed up, and provided NO way to correct the error, other than through the review process. My review remains the same.
When I received the email receipt, YOUR computer system had dropped off the last date of our reservation. We are now working directly with the Best Western Plus to get our extra day added on.
If your system can not do what it is supposed to do, what good is it?
Being functionally deaf, Having to deal with this screw up is a major problem for me.
I am unimpressed, to say the least.

Answer: Trying to cancel a reservation, the rote voice said it did not recognize the phone number, even though it was the same phone I used to make the reservation. Then asked if the reservation confirmation number started with an R. I said No. It asked me several more times. I kept answering No. Then it told me to call the hotel for help and hung up. Called the hotel. They said they could not cancel since the reservation was made through a third-party company. That I would have to cancel through ReservationCounter. (Oh, by the way, I had tried to use the online Cancellation page - it doesn't work.) It was very difficult to get through to anybody and there were very long waits in between. I will never use this company again.
