I was invited to attend an out of town a graduation; I accepted and had not considered where to stay. Later realizing, frantic i began to search online noting hundreds of online adds and offers. I called for a reservation and a spoke with an agent ------- THEN realized the prices offered, to include suggested deals, were much hirer than the prices noted with "Reservation Counter" online - I quickly ended the sells pitch and loss of extra spending money then immediately completed the reservation with the Reservation Counter. Within 10 minutes the reservation was set, and 15 minutes total, the front desk provided me with the CONFIRMATION number - GREAT!
