Unfortunately the hotel I booked with said it will take a week for them to receive my confirmation number. So I am unable to communicate with the hotel about request that I have.

I have a CAA membership, my wife is a nurse, my son is a police officer, all of which generally garnish a discount for hotel accommodations. There was no prompt or place to enter any of these discount codes or membership numbers to receive the discounted rate, rather the booking is automatically made at full price with no other option.

I entered in the date I wanted to stay. Then I chose my room. They gave me a price who can I chose. Then all sorts of other fees and taxes were clearly displayed. Then I entered in my information and my method of payment including all those exorbitant taxes and fees. A breeze.
