Difficult to understand the agent, Pricing of airline fares today is a joke-it must be simplified. I'm not talking about price, but the complexity of even choosing a seat, extra costs, etc. etc., all made more difficult by not being able to understand the agent. It's like working with a start-up company that is struggling with customer service.

When an option for booking was given to me for double tree hotel, it showed my total as $222 for one night that included taxes and fees as well as additional processing fee. I added my credit card information and hit submit, they charge was changed from 222 to 299. I called customer service right away to cancel or adjust, they said they could not help me and that since it was non-refundable, they can't cancel it and refund me. I will be very careful to not choose to book this way with reservation counter. I truly hope that company looks into it and refunds me the difference. A business should be reliable and clear to customers. Very disappointed.
