I rented a car online from RENTAL24H car rentals and cancelled 10 minutes later as I am 20 and the information provided pre booking says they rent to 18-20 yr olds, after booking information after paying information then states you have to be on an open license, how is an 18 20 yr old suppose to have an open license, then I asked for a refund as it was only a few minutes they said no, and after I have sent more then 6 emails and messages have just been ignored so not rent from them, there incompetent Idiots!

Long story short rental24 is just a broker ( no car) and work with Rental car SIXT
Book a Fiat 500 in santorini on October 22 starting at 10 am.
Full payment has been done up front to rental 24.
We arrived late on October 22 at 7pm. When we arrived at the counter from SIXT, our contract has been canceled and our car booked to somebody else.
Don't try to call rental 24, their call center is always inaccessible!
SIXT said they don't want to talk to us to fix our problems. We lost all our money with Rental24

We rented a car through Rental24H in Brazil last November, we paid in full in advance and on arrival there was no cars avaiilable so we were downgraded to a small car which was a struggle with 4 people plus luggage and told we would be refunded. They then charged us in full again! We tried but failed to get a refund for being charged twice and the promised refund for the downgrade. I have avoided this company since and we tried many times to reach them to complain but no customer service and no attempt to recover our money. Ver dissapointing.

We hired a van for 5 days in Henderson and it was a top-notch experience for me!
We are a company of 6 people with a loooot of luggage, cause who would pack only a few shorts to Las Vegas?! And that is why we needed something big, comfortable, with a great passenger and baggage capacity. And we got all of that with a Kia Carnival minivan from Hertz. Though this company usually has higher rates, but the service is worth it.
So, we booked through Rental24h.com - it was fast and simple, we could find the proper deal in like 20 minutes! Very convenient and have deals for any budget. You should give it a try!

Would recommend this platform to everybody, because they are my favourite service among all those rental car reservation platforms. I used to prefer Kayak for some time, but their customer service became unprofessional and useless. That was the reason I switched to Rental24h.com and that was one of my best decisions!

Cool! I purchased a Full Coverage insurance at the beginning of my trip and when there was a little problem with car repair they didn't reimburse more money from my pocket. Everything was covered by this insurance, so we had no issues with additional fees or charges. Thank you for such an easy process, we were happy with our reservation!

Had some issues with my driver's licence at the rental counter, but the customer support agent explained everything and I finally got my car. It turned out that it must be in Latin alphabet, and if not - the rental agency may refuse to give me my car!.I was shocked at first, I didn't want to lose my money and my car reservation for almost 2 weeks! But then the staff member suggested providing my IDP, which saved the situation and I finally got what I wanted.
Tip for other renters: check your confirmation voucher (mine was sent to the email), all the documents requirements are listed in it. Wish I knew it earlier!

I will surely recommend them! Rental24h.com was the first platform without unnecessary features and options, everything is so straightforward. I booked my Opel Corsa in a few clicks, all the necessary info was sent to my email Had no issues with documents or deposit sum, so just got the car and started my vacation.

Helpful support when I had some issues with my cancellation. My flight was cancelled, and I had to change my booking since we were delayed by almost 15 hours! I thought that we would lose both the car and money, but their customer support helped us to modify the booking. We have paid a little more for another car model, and that's all!

I've been using this platform for years and could tell that Rental24h is my place-to-go! Every time I needed a rental car in Miami, Denver or any other city, I always used this website. They have more car options than on Kayak and cheaper prices than on Discovercars, so for me, it's one of the best options.

Nice service! Friendly staff at the counter, clean cars, cheap prices. Everything I booked, I got at the rental desk. Their rates, my car model and overall conditions were the same as in my confirmation voucher.
Will definitely try Rental24H again, really satisfied with their work!

Recently I had a chance to rent a car with this platform. And it was a really perfect experience for me! Easy-to-navigate website, cheap deals, no problems with pick-up or drop-off processes. And the deposit of almost $300 was returned in time - that is the biggest plus!

GOT CHARGED FOR RENTAL I NEVER TOOK OUT. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. DO NOT TRUST THIS RENTAL AGENCY. I got scammed in Warsaw, Poland.

I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH 24 CAR RENTALS AGAIN IN MY LIFE. THEY TRIED CHARGING ME 500 DOLLARS AND I GOT CHARGED AT THE AGENCY THAT I RENTED THE CAR FROM ANOTHER 300 DOLLARS THIS IS ABSURD!

We paid the deposit for a vehicle and received no vehicle. We were also invoiced for the insurance for a non-existing!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Charged $110 to book a car rental! You can do that for free! I thought the $110 would go towards a car rental deposit, but I ended up having to pay the full rental cost at the desk.

AVOID AND BOOK CARS YOURSELF. YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY OTHERS TO BOOK IT FOR YOU
