Poor Service... shoddy answers
Unconfirmed status never changes... support cannot give any info nor can they even cancel a booking. Phone number given for cancellation hangs up call during transfer so in effect impossible to get post booking support. Very poor customer service... never again

I rented a car, i went there to pick it up, they didn't give me a car, they were not able to help me. When i called the customer service they said they cannot give me a refund because the reason I was denied the car is written on the terms and condotions. So this is a scam, they will rub your money.

I want to leave a review about rental24h.com, I booked a car at the airport in Milan for 9 days and made full payment for this reservation, the company received this money, when I came to receive the car, it turned out that the company does not work with applepay system, and I returned to take physical card, when I came and granted a credit card, they told me that the reservation was canceled and the money could not be returned to me, such a company of scammers! Be careful, they are looking for any reason to take your money, referring to a contract that no one reads. I lost all the money because I returned for a card that my wife had and came with her later. It is not possible to leave a review on the site, as the site itself selects them, so they are all there positive
