Homeschool Pro has been a blessing for our family. The array of classes they offer is exceptional, from math and science to arts and languages. My son was fascinated by the coding class, and he's now building his own games! Also, the support with state requirements has given us more time to focus on learning.
When my husband and I made the difficult decision to homeschool our two kids, we were completely lost. I mean, where do you even start with textbooks, lesson plans, and all that? Homeschool Pro was recommended to us by a friend, and I can't thank her enough. The curriculum is expansive and includes everything from STEM to arts and even life skills, which are often overlooked in traditional settings. But what really caught my eye was the Lifetime Membership. The idea that one payment could cover the educational needs of both our kids, and any future siblings they might have, was mind-blowing. It took so much pressure off knowing that we have a plan in place for the long term. If you're sitting on the fence about homeschooling or about which program to use, give Homeschool Pro a try. The flexibility it gives us as parents, combined with the quality of education it offers, has made it invaluable to our family
The platform's user-friendly design enables him to effectively take notes, a skill I'm confident he'll carry with him throughout his life. Frankly, each day feels like a series of small triumphs, as I witness his growth and flourishing in this learning environment.
The middle school entrepreneurship course in Homeschool Pro has been a revelation. My daughter, who used to shy away from numbers and business topics, now talks about profit margins and business models at dinner. The lessons are engaging, interactive and provoke critical thinking. This course alone has made our subscription worth every penny."
If you had told me a year ago that I'd be homeschooling my kids, I would've laughed. But life has a funny way of changing plans, doesn't it? Anyway, we decided to give Homeschool Pro a try, and oh boy, what a difference! They took all the stress out of paperwork, helped us understand all the state regulations, and even assisted with keeping our records straight. The classes are incredibly engaging, and my kids are enjoying learning more than they ever did at traditional school. If you're thinking about homeschooling, give Homeschool Pro a try - it's been working great for us
Homeschooling can be overwhelming, especially when you have multiple children with different learning styles. But with Homeschool Pro, it has been a smooth ride. Their wide range of courses allows each of my children to choose what they're interested in. Mason has developed a keen interest in astronomy, while Gabriel is more inclined towards the arts. It's heartwarming to see them discuss their different classes at the dinner table.
Also, the advisors have been exceptional, guiding us through the administrative aspects of homeschooling. Overall, Homeschool Pro has made our homeschooling journey a pleasant experience.
We made the difficult decision to withdraw our sons from school in December due to issues with bullying and anxiety. Despite it being the middle of the school year, the homeschool advisor helped with ensuring a seamless transition. Our boys have undergone a remarkable transformation; they have shed their anxiety and now genuinely enjoy their studies. They have the freedom to work at their own pace, follow a flexible schedule, and take as many breaks as they need, which is a significant departure from the rigid school environment where they had limited opportunities for even a simple bathroom break.
What I love especially about Homeschool Pro is the flexibility it provides. We were no longer tied to the rigid schedule of traditional schooling and we could arrange our day according to our family's rhythm. It's amazing how stress levels dropped and we could enjoy learning together
The decision to homeschool was easy. The paperwork and legalities? Not so much. Every state has different rules and regulations and the idea of navigating that minefield was intimidating. When I approached Homeschool Pro's advisors with my concerns they were empathetic and patient. They explained everything to me in simple terms ensuring I understood the regulations for our state. They guided us through the process making sure we stayed compliant. It was like having a personal guide on this homeschooling journey always ready to help. Their support made a huge difference and I could focus more on teaching and less on paperwork.
As a family, we've always been big on flexibility. And that's why homeschooling seemed like the right path for us. But we needed a curriculum that would fit into our lifestyle, and Homeschool Pro ticked all the boxes. The on-demand lessons mean that learning can happen anytime, anywhere. It's perfect for us as it allows me to juggle my work schedule and still be involved in my kids' education. In a nutshell, Homeschool Pro has made homeschooling manageable and enjoyable for us.
The exceptional customer service provided by Homeschool Pro deserves particular recognition. When we embarked on our homeschooling journey, we found ourselves overwhelmed with paperwork, and dealing with state regulations proved to be a source of frustration. The advisors at Homeschool Pro came to our aid, offering guidance and support at every juncture. Their assistance was truly priceless.
Being a working parent and a homeschooler is a challenging juggle. What has made this journey manageable is Homeschool Pro. Their on-demand lessons mean that my kids can learn at their own pace, whenever it suits them, and I can guide them when I get home from work. It's a balance that works perfectly for our family.
As a working mom, I was terrified of the idea of homeschooling. The stress of balancing a job and becoming a 'teacher' overnight was daunting. But then a friend recommended Homeschool Pro, and life got easier. The video lessons are a lifesaver, and my son, Tagan, can work on them independently.
What I love the most is the accountability and structure that Homeschool Pro brings. I can review Tagan's progress at the end of the day, and if we ever get stuck, we know we have a homeschool advisor we can turn to for guidance. It's like having an educational safety net.
With our previous traditional school routine mornings were a rush and evenings were filled with homework. The stress was palpable and it was taking a toll on our family. That's when we decided to switch to Homeschool Pro. With this program we found flexibility we hadn't dreamed of. No more rushing in the mornings no more late-night homework sessions. We were able to set our daily schedule according to our family's rhythm. My children could learn at their own pace with no pressure. It is not just their grades that improved but their overall demeanor as well. They became more relaxed more curious and more engaged. Seeing this transformation in them confirmed that we made the right decision.
My 3 boys (one elementary aged, one middle schooler, and one high schooler) love the selection of classes in the curriculum. I appreciate that they can work on it independently and at their own pace and schedule, and that one membership covers all three of them so it does not cause too much of a dent on my budget. Am proud of my homeschoolers!
Oh boy, let me tell you, we were new to this whole homeschooling thing, and when we started, we felt like we were lost in a maze. Then we found Homeschool Pro. This service is just like having a personal guide through the homeschooling world.
The course selection is vast, it's like a library full of wisdom. From language arts to science and everything in between, they have got it all. My kiddos were on it like bees to honey! And the best part, it's not just about the academics. My kids were learning life skills too, how to manage their time, how to be independent, and how to love learning. It's been a pretty amazing adventure with Homeschool Pro, to be honest.
This program has everything my son needs to succeed in his education. Public school should never be enough for parents who care about their kids future.
Many classes available so he never gets bored and always has more challenges. They also added a ballet and cooking class recently, all online.
I also like that he gets his own free email address to use for both schoolwork and personal communication. Comes with parental controls.
Also useful is the student ID which I've used to purchase him software at a discount"
I signed up for the semi-annual membership for my daughter primarily based on the extracurricular classes. After signing up and having access to the courses, I immediately realized they were lacking and not what we were looking for. I sent a message through the site asking for my money to be refunded within days of receiving access, three months ago, and never received a response. I have tried calling the number on the website as well which just automatically says that no-one is available to take your call and directs you back to the website at all times of day. I have also tried reaching out via social media and received no response to a viewed message. I am out almost $200 for a program we never even used and being ignored.
My kids used this service for a school year. They did not receive any of the completion certificates for a single class they completed. (About 8-10 classes each) I repeatedly reached out requesting the time frame for when I'd have them and got different answers each time. Final verdict was June. It is now the end of July and Still no certificates. So my children went through a whole year with no record to prove what they completed or learned. When it came to the graded assignments it took over 3 months just to get those graded and back to us. Customer service is hard to reach, they have a phone number on their website that also doesn't work. We have also been unable to access their school emails. Overall I dont recommend this program for homeschool students at all. I spent hundreds of dollars over the year paying for this to come out the end with literally nothing to show for it. They also 100% false advertise the amount of classes they offer and how extensive they are. Most lessons are very short, especially the elective courses. The lessons are also not very interactive they are literally just a bunch of videos. They offer a money back guarantee but when I requested to be refunded for just the past 2 months at the least they refused.this company is nothing but a scam.
Solid online program for children. I have 2 siblings enrolled in this course. The older one, in middle school, takes this program as supplemental to his school, while the other one takes the course as a full curriculum for first grade.
They offer many classes including those not offered by other similar programs, such as virtual fitness classes, dancing, and musical instruments. My older son is taking the electric guitar class.
There's also many other cool features the program offers but my phone is almost out of battery so will end the review here thanks for reading.
Glad to hear your older son is enjoying our electric guitar class. We have our annual virtual talent show coming up soon, maybe he can put up a performance for that!

Answer: Yes, the program is entirely flexible, and the curriculum can be modified to meet the needs of individual students. The extent to which a curriculum is modified depends on the goals of the student's Individual Education Plan. For example, a student can take a class above his grade level for a topic he is particularly strong at, and could also take a class below grade level if they are struggling, and they can be put on-track to on-grade.
Answer: When a student deletes an email from his email account, it first goes to the trash folder, so I would check there, especially if it was deleted recently. After some time has passed, through, the email is purged and can no longer be restored, unfortunately. If you have parental monitors set up you can check your linked parent email account to see if there is a copy of the email there. Email our technical support department for more assistance.
Answer: RLS offers a diverse curriculum, including a lot of focus on STEM. A strong focus on STEM education is a critical ingredient for building a student's problem-solving skills and making them lifelong learners. RLS prepares students to change, adapt, and problem solve, which will ready them to face a future whose opportunities are not yet clear. STEM education is also vital due to a growing demand for workers with STEM expertise. But not only does RLS focus on STEM, we are also strong on Arts and Humanities, teaching the students empathy, ethics and citizenship.
Answer: RLS's Annual Virtual Science Fair will start accepting submissions end of October, with the deadline just before Thanksgiving. Good luck!
Answer: As an independent private school, RLS is not required to follow the Common Core Standards. RLS goes beyond common core to offer a lot more. Every year, we review the RLS curriculum—every book, every assignment, every process—and modify it as needed. Our curriculum will continue to be uncommonly rigorous, inspiring, and transformative, with or without Common Core. And while our standards are rigorous, they are not rigid. We also retain the leeway to engage all different types of learners at RLS, while our curriculum so thoroughly prepares our students for all forms of standardized testing. The Common Core is focused on helping students achieve certain standards; RLS curriculum is focused on preparing students to achieve even higher standards.
Answer: Each student email account includes 100 MB of storage.

Glad to hear your son never gets bored with our classes. Boredom is the enemy of learning!
