I was a client of Regus Pune Camp and Hadapsar, they wont keep proper record of transaction and now asking money for lock down period when it was on peak
Unprofessional people, never take their services
Initially signing I wasn't sure as my business is in a virtual space and meeting was just as needed. I expressed this with Samantha in Richmond, and she agreed that although the membership was for 12 months, I could cancel anytime due to the flexibility Regus offered. First my card was charged for a few months in advance which I wasn't aware that this would take place. I asked for assistance on the matter and no response. Second, I visited the site and was very disappointed with the customer service and last, I couldn't get required documents notarized. So, I cancelled the agreement they still try to charge my card then sent my account to collections. So, let me understand their sabotaging people credit, taking funds from accounts and trapping people in contractual false agreements? I'm confused it appears to be a SCAM. I cant get in contact with anyone I send emails almost daily. This not a ethical organization and not one I want tied to my business EVER. Their making easy money off of customers at our credit, banking and reputation expense. In my opinion this borderline fraud.
OVER THIRTY EMAILS TO REFUND…
Shameful OVER THIRTY EMAILS TO REFUND MY ACCOUNT AFTER YOU SENT A BILL IN ERROR TO everyone... JUST A TOTAL GOING BACK AND FORTH AND ALL OF THIS WAS PRE COVID AND NOW ITS obscene! HERE IS MY PLAN A YT video will drop and I will share every detail of this horrific FARSE - still waiting on my refund! Run do not waste your energy or business good standing! The refund is just the end of the debauchery and confusion REGUS are plagued with. I now understand why they filed bankruptcy! Embarrassing
I signed a two year agreement with Regus. After a year, I noted an 8.2% increase on my 4/2022 invoice. I reviewed my agreement and on the last page it references an annual indexation rate. My agreement referred me to the "house rules" to determine the amount of the annual rate increase. I read through the almost 10 pages of house rules (a separate document) and found the increase indicated as 4%.
I reached out to on-site staff to explain the increase and they assisted me in emailing the Account Helpdesk. I was initially told that the increase should be the 4% quoted in my house rules. However, after multiple emails over a week's time, I was told by the Account Helpdesk that the house rules had been updated in 1/2022 (over a year after my lease was signed) and the indexation rate was now 8.2%.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and was directed back to my center's team but no one has the power to reverse this company wide policy. I signed a two year lease in order to secure a set price. I am now being told that Regus can update the indexation rate at any time and that it retroactively applies to my agreement even though 4% is specifically quoted in my agreement.
If I could give Regus 0 stars on any review I would. Do NOT make the mistake to hiring this company for your office needs whether you are an individual or another company. They are fraudulent in what they charge and they really do not offer anything special, except maybe a never ending string of weird bills and secret charges that are not disclosed or invented as you go. Even their contract practices are predatory and are geared to take advantage of their customers even if they don't provide a service. I was charged for office space I could not even use due to Stay-At-Home orders during the Covid-19 pandemic. Talk about heartless and predatory! Even after that, I was still getting bills for random charges for things that I did not even consume or use, like coffee and restoration or reconditioning. Mind you that I only used their desk for maybe 2 weeks (if that) before the pandemic hit and I always brought my own coffee and never damaged anything. This place is a danger to your wallet. DO NOT go here for any office needs whether you are a company or an individual.
I have tried to speak to someone numerous times because I am unclear on how a $90 consistent monthly payments being taken out of my account every month has resulted in such a high delinquent amount.
I was only sent a complicated report that I absolutely don't understand and need to be walked trough.
I have tried to speak to a representative but have been constantly spent around in circles with unhelpful emails.
Who is my account representative and why can I not have a phone conversation with them?
I definitely need to speak to my accountant representative or ANYONE who can walk me through the last 4 months on payments on the phone not by snail mail.
This company was recommended to me by a respected platform. It has been a huge nightmare since I got my account.
I want to continue to work with them but the customer service has been horrible.
Please advise on when I can speak with someone or a number to call to speak to a representative that CAN speak to me in detail about my account bc customer service says they CAN NOT go into detail with me about my account over the phone. They said can't even see my account details and that I can only communicate with my account representative through email. Super frustrating!
I may have to close my account.
Hi Adlia,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Our invoices have all the relevant details on but can also be set to a summary if this is more useful.
To do this log into our online account (www.myregus.com), go to Account > Billing and payments > invoice preferences and change the invoice format from itemised to summary.
Our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
1. Fixed charged like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance.
2. One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, pay as you go beverages… These are billed in arrears.
All your invoices are available in your online account (Account section) and payable upon receipt but no later than the 15th day of each month.
If you need to speak to someone on the phone, the best contact would be your local team who are always available and happy to help.
A member of my team has tried to call but unfortunately was not able to get through but has provided a clear and easy to follow report of all the invoices in your account as well as contact details for the centre.
Kind regards,
Michelle Spire

This company is a scam. You will overpay, you won't be a priority or get your mail unless you check. Please read the fine print in there auto renew contracts. You will lose money going with them. In the end they treat you like garbage. You don't get calls back from any type of management. They won't give you customer satisfaction. They will only get In Contact with you if you owe money. They will not listen to the problem and try and figure out solutions. This is a total rip off. Even if they have other reviews that seem good they probably are fake and a scam. They have enough money to keep fake reviews daily loaded so beware of this company. They are frauds. You better be able to afford a lawyer to contest problems. Use another company for virtual offices. This company is a scam. I repeat don't sign up if you have any sense. Read the negative reviews because they always reveal truth about a company. They don't care about your business. If you are a small business find another company that offers the same services and don't throw contracts in your face. Please read the fine print
The sales folks will tell you one thing on your contract and it will be completely opposite. Find another company to get office space with. You will be glad you did.
We are loyal and long-term customers of Regus. We signed a contract on 03/08/2017 with *. Later, on 04/26/2019, we signed a new contract with *. * told us that if we wanted to terminate the contract at any time, we just needed to notify him a few months in advance. We have an email from him confirming this, which we saved as evidence for the future (proof available). On 03/05/22, we signed a new contract valid from 07/01/2022 to 06/30/2023. Due to increasingly challenging economic conditions, we couldn't afford to pay our staff and didn't have enough funds to continue operations. Hence, we terminated the contract on 05/12/2023 and received acknowledgment of the contract termination effective 06/30/2023 (proof available). The contract stipulates that if one wishes to terminate the contract, they must notify 30 days before the contract end date (proof available). While we complied with all of Regus's requirements, they should have provided favorable conditions to assist their customers. Instead, they forced us to continue using their services and insisted we pay monthly, even though we had moved out of Regus. When we asked for assistance and consideration, they were uncooperative and forced us to continue paying until the end of the contract, which they auto-renewed without our permission and signed until 04/01/2024. Currently, Regus is holding our deposit of $3,958, and the excess amount we paid is $4,364.77 (proof available).

Hi Bryan,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
You signed a 12-month office agreement with us, and this type of agreement should be ended online with no less than 3 months’ notice before the end of the term which is clearly outlined in your agreement.
We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy email reminders. According to our history, you received this email on 10 March 2023 with detailed information on prices, terms, and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (MyRegus.com).
Since you have agreed to the renewal, your agreement was renewed until 30 June 2024. This renewal was confirmed to you via email on 18 March 2023.
When you ended the agreement online on 13 May 2023, we confirmed 30 June 2024 as the end date via email. A copy of this email is available in the ‘Documents’ section of your online account.
A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, and it should be honoured. We are sorry we are unable to end your agreement prior to the end date. Invoices will be billed to you until then and they’re payable.
You are required to request your retainer by logging into your online account, selecting Account > Billing and payments > Retainer balances, where a specific section for refund requests is available. You should receive your refund within 30 days after your end date or request date (whichever is later).
Should you require further assistance in this matter, please respond to my team member who is in touch with you.
Kind regards,

I read all the negative reviews here and I agree
To be Fair, in terms of facilities i would rate regus 9/10 despite its high price. Its perfect in my city (located in central, just besides shopping mall, place is clean and facilities are extremely good).
I stayed with regus for a few years, everything is good despite the high price until I decided to cancel
Last year I don't want to continue and not lengthening my contract for another year hence i decided not to sign the contract. To my horror, the contract sent was being auto renewed without my consent. So i got pissed and report to the customers' service so they will return my deposits of 3 month but it cant be done.
After i moved out and paid for everything in complete, i got few calls from regus and few threatening emails threaten me to pay up or they will spill my personal data to debt collector. What the heck? That contract is illegal because i didnt sign for another year extension, it was theirs but they sneakily lengthen my contract wihout my approval. They even threaten me with all sorts of bad stuff happening to me (threaten to sue me, use credit buerau agency etc) despite me not staying with them anymore and already paid in full
In conclusion, careful when u sign with regus. They got lots of 1) hidden fees and 2) extend the contract without your knowledge permission. They are doing it on purpose so they will have excuses of not giving back your deposits
Hi,
I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
All our agreements automatically renew before their term finishes for an equal length to the previous one. This is for your convenience and in order to avoid any unwanted interruptions in service. You would have agreed to this by confirming you had read and agreed to the terms and conditions before your account started.
If you had paid the remaining contract value in full, as you state, your account would not have been sent to a debt collection agency so I would love the opportunity to investigate further but haven’t been able to identify your account. Could you please email me at michelle.spire@regus.com with your company name or account reference (as displayed on your invoice) along with all relevant details regarding your concerns?
I look forward to receiving more information from you.
Best regards,
Michelle Spire

This company is a switch and bait operation. They take your money and do not offer a way to cancel your account. No one seems to know how to help you with your questions. BIG MISTAKE!
Hi,
I can sense that you’re frustrated and would like to help you.
Your agreement is a business commitment and remains valid for the term that you signed up for.
If you wish to discuss it further, your centre team are your best point of contact.

CAN I GIVE REGUS ZERO STARS?@! * #
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEIR REPRESENTATIVES TELL YOU!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I needed an address for a state filing and was told I would have the address as soon as I completed the sign up and paid. WELL NOT TRUE ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Upon completion of the application and giving them my credit card, I was told it would take 48 hours to obtain the address. The address was needed IMMEDIATELY which was the reason I went with them - - I tried to cancel the service contract and there was absolutely nothing that they would do. In fact, it took 4 hours to get to talk with someone!
DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE - - THE LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN DO NOTHING FOR YOU!
I rented an office space in Hawthorn NY I never received the keys and never used the space and when I canceled, my security deposit was not refunded and they claimed I owed them $700! When I reached out to *, whom I had been corresponding with from the beginning, he responded with "I never rented you an office space don't ever text me again $#*!"

Hi Donald,
I understand and appreciate that you’re disappointed and would really like to help.
Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologize if we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
As a company, we are committed to treating all our colleagues and customers equally and with the very highest levels of professionalism, respect and courtesy.
The salesperson has left our organization and the messages that were sent to you are from a number that is no longer under Regus but we’re sorry that happened to you.
Your agreement has been reviewed and incorrect charges were credited to you. Your agreement ended on 31 March 2023.
Please request your retainer online (www.regus.com), select Account > Billing and payments > Retainer balances, where a specific section for the refund requests is available. We will then confirm your payment date and amount. You should receive your refund within 30 days after your requested date. It’s an automated process.
Thank you,
Lorraine Brule

They offer very good service in the start of contract but eventually service quality declined. We can say good to average service during contract period..
- I tested positive for Covid
- I notified Regus in advance of that reservation that I needed to quarantine per CDC Guidelines
- And they said sorry that's not a valid concern, that's outside the scope of our Guidelines and refused to refund the money
I am a trained medical doctor and entrepreneur and this is absolutely unacceptable. We issued a chargeback on Regus and we'll never use your services again.
I wanted to share my experience that I had with Regus. I started a virtual office service on Nov 1st, 2016 at their Knightsbridge location at Piscataway, NJ. I signed up for a two-year contract for a monthly payment of $65.00. I requested them to sign me up for the automatic payment of my monthly bills.
On Nov 1st, 2017 they increased my monthly payment to $67.60(4% increase from $65 to $67.60) without any notice.
On Nov 1st, 2018 they auto-renewed my contract and increased my monthly payment to $85.00 (26% increase from $67.60 to $85.00).
I would like to point out if you read their "Virtual office house rule" document under section 28 "Annual Indexation" it clearly states that rent increase should be CPI(Consumer price index) or 4% whichever is greater. CPI in 2017 was less than 3%.
I reached out to their office manager in March 2019 and asked them to cancel my contract. They refused to cancel and told me that I have a contract with them till Oct 31st, 2020. I sued Regus in the small claims court in Middlesex County, NJ and came out of the contract. I hope my experience helps other business owners who are stuck with them.
A point to note this company Regus systematically breaks the contract by raising the payment more than 4% annually without any tenant authorization and they increase the payment at will. Also, there is a clause in the Regus contract "Agreement to Arbitrate: Class action Waiver" which protects Regus against a class-action lawsuit from the fraud they are committing.
I would recommend my fellow business owners to stay away from this company Regus.
They cheated me, they said it was month after month and now they say that it automatically became a contract, they charged me for months and their application cannot be used.
This is without a doubt the most dishonest, crooked, and extortionist driven company i have ever dealt with in my life.
Here's the abbreviated version:
Signed up online for a virtual address that stated it was for mail forwarding.
Put in my credit card- DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING.
2 days later I get an email stating that the mail forwarding services are in addition to the monthly fee of $50 that i explicitly paid FOR mail forwarding.
Told them I wanted to cancel right then and there.
Went through multiple representatives - everything is decentralized so that nobody has the authority to actually cancel and refund you.
Filed a dispute on the original charge with AMEX - and WON.
Now 2 months later I receive a threat from their collections dept that I have to pay them 800 dollars within 72 hours or have it reported to collections.
This is not an acceptable (and probably illegal) way of doing business.
I strongly caution against anyone doing business with this company.
Now I have to send my attorney after them and start paying for hours to deal with something that I shouldn't have to deal with at all.
Thanks Regus - Let's hope this doesn't blow up to something bigger.
I signed a service agreement on in mid March. At that meeting, I was asked if I wanted a dedicated office line. I said yes, as I would be running my business there full-time. I emailed about the phone line as I wanted to create marketing materials to give to my current clients as well as prospective. I was assigned a phone number on 3/16, and told that the phone would be installed around the 1st of April. I also communicated with someone from IT, to whom I told that my only tech need would be a desk phone. When I asked staff about the phone after moving in on April 9th, I was told a "ticket would be put in to request a phone." Huh? What makes this most damaging is that I invested in marketing materials that I dispersed to both old and potential clients. I was informed by several of my clients that the number on the material is to a phishing scam. It goes to a recording "press one to continue this call in English, " then, "receive a $100 retail voucher for making this call." I have reached out to the CEO regarding my concerns... CRICKETS! No one seems to be concerned about how their unprofessionalism is impacting my business. There is no follow up, just shrugs and, "I don't know why it's taking so long." I am actively looking for another location.

Total scam and overcharging, fees and surprise invoice.
I received multiple charges and my account has been overcharged, discrepancies and error, fees, surprise charges.
Hi Esmail, We’ve tried to identify who you are in order to assist you to no avail. For you to come on here and call us names but give us no chance to try and help you, is just not fair or accurate for that matter.
We do not agree to your comment on ‘’total scam and overcharging’’ as we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed.
If you’d value a deeper investigation into the matter, or have any further concerns, I’d be happy to assist you.
Please email me at Lorraine.Brule@regus.com with your company name and details.
Thank you again for taking the time to provide feedback.

Answer: Scammers. Charging you for services never provided. Charging you for months (11 months in my case) AFTER you cancel the service. There is ZERO customer service. They don't pick up phone, never help, never answer hepldesk emails. That is it, they just charge you.
Answer: You can call, but they don't know what's going on and have little to no authority to fix the issue.
Answer: Hello. I had to cancel my contract within 24 hours. They keeped charging my credit card without consent. All these crazy unknown hidden fees and double charging for action. Horrible company! I should've check on this company before signing up.
Answer: I'm so sorry for your plight, read the reviews. So many people saying the same thing. You're going to be billed for an entire year. And if you don't pay up they'll try to ruin your credit. Can't believe these thieves are still in business/
Answer: Do not do business with this company. They are real scum bags. Read this thread and my post on what to do to defend yourself https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/regus.com
Answer: Laws are made for mobsters and crooks like Regus. Put up a picture of Mark Dixon and his family on wall, and curse then spit on it daily if it helps.
Answer: None! They have reiterated their bot replies on email. They are mobsters after all, no resolution can be obtained from mobsters without bloodshed.
Answer: They are based in UK. Their owner lives in Monaco to avoid UK tax. He must be paying the royalty a share and another to all political and legal crooks. Mobster tech companies from UK are much worse than Russian and Chinese crooks.
Answer: If you are looking for virtual office, try earthclassmail. They are simple and efficient. More importantly, they don't have fine print contracts.
Regus has a rating of 1.1 stars from 354 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Regus most frequently mention customer service, credit card and office space. Regus ranks 6th among Coworking Space sites.
Hello Nita,
I apologise if you are not completely satisfied with the service.
We have several options regarding the length of an agreement as we try to offer something to suit everyone’s circumstances. The pricing structure usually favours longer terms but once you sign an agreement you cannot cancel it earlier than its specific end date.
I would be happy to look into the specific circumstances of your situation but haven’t been able to identify your account. Could you please email me at michelle.spire@iwgplc.com with your company name or account reference (as displayed on your invoice) along with all relevant details?
I look forward to receiving more information from you.
