I booked a plane to Montreal with red tag
Been trying for 3 days to call and change my return flight

Their phones don't work both of them
And if it worked no one answers

I tried their email, I tried calling them about 30 times no answer

Prob the worst company I've ever dealt with and I'm sad that I actually used them 3 times before this one, definitely worst company ever 100%

And basically if you buy a ticket you can't change it or do anything about it because these losers actually do not give a single care about you or your business or your money, basically the min the ticket is sold that's it, zero customer service after

Never ever using this awful company again and I'll make sure everyone I know does the same

Quite taken back by Red Tag's representatives condescending attitude my son 22 and girlfriend 18 were so happy to book their first vacation they saved up from their part time jobs but after hearing so much about the Dominican and mysterious tourist deaths asked to change for a different location not nice even with the intervention of mom (Red Tag lover)

State of Emergency
December 29, 2022

Let me start by saying I have used Redtag for over 15 years and up until now, I have been totally satisfied with their service. Representatives have always been helpful and courteous. I drive from Buffalo to Toronto because I like the direct flights that Buffalo does not offer.
This Christmas was an exception. Buffalo suffered the worst snow storm in decades and a state of emergency was declared as well as driving bans and border closings. Because of this it was impossible to even consider getting to Toronto. Southern Ontario also suffered from the storm but not the metro Toronto area.
Being US citizens we are not eligible for travel insurance… not sure why… but this is always the case. After talking to the airlines (aircanada) and the travel company (Red Label) as well as Redtag…nothing could be done. We lost our entire package. No refund. No compensation… nothing. Needless to say I will not be using these companies anymore. I realize I should have considered the no insurance gamble… but these were extreme conditions out of my control that could never have been foreseen. Our bags remained packed for several days as the driving ban continued for 5 days. Merry Christmas.

If I could give this USELESS site a negative star rating I 100% would, not only is the customer service an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE (you interact with nicer employees at MacDonald's for gods sake), FORGET about trying to move your already paid for trip, they will take your money then leave you on hold for 6 hours, I have wasted HALF MY DAY on the phone with these losers and AM TYPING WITH THE PHONE STUCK TO MY EAR, you would have better luck getting a Tim Horton's employee to book you a 5 star vacation. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE REDTAG you will end up like me with high blood pressure and a $#*!ing complex from dealing with ABSOLUTE MORONS all day! Best of luck & happy travelling (I pray not with redtag)

Booked a trip online…wanted to surprise my family in Punta Cana to be redirected from Dreams Macao to Dreams Spa & Resort…called to make changes. Endless holding both with Red Tag & Air Transat to be told that there was nothing that could be done…go to Punta Cana and upon arrival Air Transat Agent will fix everything for you…BULL$#*!! Once there she sent us to Macao to join my family that we were surprising. Get there to be told there is nothing they can do for us…they called a cab and we had to go to Dreams Spa & Resort…get there rooms were full of ants…finally got fed up went to the lobby and after screaming and complaining for three days they finally transferred us to Dreams Macao…. I have travelled to many countries and travelled with many companies…but this one is the worst one and I would truly recommend that no one use them…they are not even considered a STAR hotel…what a nightmare..

Please DO NOT use their service. Took over 3 hours to get a CSR on the line to tell me I had to pay $150 charge for cancellation even though the website clearly indicates it's a Free cancellation up to 5 days before the trip

Planet Hollywood Las Vegas
Toronto to Las Vegas
Never coming back to this hotel
No service for anything. Machines to check in and out. Self serve hotel! Had to beg for clean towels and room cleaned only once in 5 days. We booked this hotel because redtag said they had discounted COVID test for return to Canada but no one seemed to know anything about it and told us to go to a local pharmacy. Couldn't find any local appointments so had to hire a cab to take us 20 minutes away from the strip for a drive thru testing that gave us a false positive result. Had we known we had to book an appointment outside of the hotel I would have booked upon arrival. This could have been avoid if the ad was correct. Our free COVID test ended up costing us a days vacation and $80 cab fee and paying $100 at a clinic for a proper test.
On a positive note the restaurants and service was good, worth 4/5. Also got bags search to enter pool area because no outside food or drinks but you can sit in the casino and bring your own drinks, how does that make sense? Anyone can access all floors of the hotel and pool areas no security at all. Very disappointed

Stay away from Ted Tag! Horrible, horrible customer service... especially from agent Alan Perry! This company misleads and misinforms customers at every opportunity. They refuse to return phone calls to their customers, but instead bombard them with email excuse of why they are so bad! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I have beena long time customer of Red Tag and have been happy with them in the past. I tried to book an all inclusive vacation package there the last few days and the posted price always jumped $75 to 150 per person when you click to book. We checked a few other destinations and package providers but all were the same, jumping prices. We decided to book so we filled out the info and payment as we just wanted to be done with it. Luckily the order page crashed and we had to re-search the package and attempt to re-order. This time the searched price was the already increased price so we thought at least it may have been a legit increase. Clicked to book and low and behold - jumped another $200. We thought this is BS. We opened the site on a different computer and it showed the first cheap price that we started with originally (and now days later the site still shows the pricing that you cannot buy.)

So we thought this was pretty questionable business practices and we looked elsewhere and found Flight Center. Did a search, same dates, property, flights and provider and came up with the identical posted price that red tag wouldn't sell at. Clicked book, and completed purchase without issue or price changes.

Obviously Red Tag has programmed some price manipulations into their system. A previously reputable company for us, maybe now under some unscrupulous new management? I don't know, but I will be using flight center going forward.

I would advise against booking with Redtag as I have just started my vacation from hell. In October I booked a DIRECT flight from Ottawa to CAYO COCO. On November 27th I received my itinerary. My itinerary said leaving at 9 am with a stop in Dominican Republic. This has now become a nightmare and a 7 hour flight and also 1 day less on my 7 day vacation that I paid full price for. When I called red tag on this matter I was told to call sunwing which in return told me to call redtag. I have asked on several occasions for a refund so I can rebook my vacation which is December 12th. I have had nothing but trouble and negative responses from Redtag. Then today they called and told me it was MY problem because I booked myself on their WEBSITE. Like I told them if it was my website I certainly wouldn't treat people like they do. When we book on these sites we don't argue about the price or do we call them and tell them we'll pay later. We pay for our holidays and we should get what we pay for NOT what they want to give us. I refuse to accept these changes and only found out about them the day I received my itinerary. Sunwing and Redtag suck.

We feel that once we paid for our all-inclusive holiday through RedTag Vacations it has been impossible to get in contact with the representative that we booked through and calling the general Red Tag phone number ends with being on hold for hours (we have tried many times and ended up hanging up before we could talk to anyone). The information sent through an email about the trip was minimal with no explanation of how to get Edocuments etc. so we have questions that need answered but nobody at Red Tag to help. We had to call Sunwing Vacations directly today (who answered the 3 calls I made to them within seconds) and they say we have to go through Red Tag Vacations to change dates of our trip etc. as that is who we booked through. That is easy to say but it seems impossible to get in contact with anyone at Red Tag to do that including the representative we have an extension number for. The representative has not returned any of our calls from over the past few weeks and the date to change travel dates is approaching and there is a sense of urgency to get through to Red Tag. Overall Red Tag has given us absolutely awful customer service (the worst I have ever had and I have traveled a lot!) and we will will not be booking through Red Tag again. Now that we know, we will book through Sunwing Vacations directly (which I have done in the past and have received consistent, excellent customer service from. If I could rate Red Tag lower than one star I would be zero stars is not an option.

While Redtag seems to offer decent prices and enticing photos, their fine print and staff apathy are appalling. I booked a vacation with Priya Sribavan in January, paid for everything including upgrades up front. Due to COVID-19 the trip had been cancelled. I didn't get a notification from them, I had to reach out to find out. They also informed me that I'll be issued a credit valid for 20 months. Calling Priya did nothing - she refused to even discuss the issue, hiding behind her company policy and telling me to buy better insurance next time. She didn't try reach out to the tour operator, didn't try to figure out any other options or even be empathetic, her response was simply "there's nothing I can do". This was the first and last time booking with Redtag. I will actively discourage everyone I know from getting involved with this despicable company and Priya in particular. Her lack of support and blatant disregard for common courtesy was mind boggling. I have never dealt with a more callous human being.

Our trip lasted for two weeks at Costa Morena. We been on trip to Cuba multiple times, and never came across with such disrespectful staff members from our resort. We had no beverage, no food, no drink water, lunches were always over within 1 hour of service, (shortage of food, lack of options). We came a cross that staff were washing and reusing one time cups. Beach was dirty all the time, including no Beach towels. We had terrible odor coming out of our beds, staff even told us to clean and wash our own sheets. Always demanded money in order to request something. We were promised 3 different Bars, but each time we were sent to different Bars and each time were refused to give service, we even had have given out tips, because expected to get some sort of experience, but never even gotten anything even if with a decent tip. Internet never worked right, even when purchasing multiple cards, resort had almost nothing to offer, for the money we spent.
Cash markets were closed almost each time we wanted exchange cash, we had the feeling that we weren't welcome within resort, our Christmas and New year experience was just frustrating.
