I have not used Redpost Equestrian before but I certainly will again. So impressed with the whole purchase. Great price. I did pay for next day delivery but was surprised that it was here by 8.30 the following morning. Fabulous service, thank you.

Fast and speedy delivery, products were fairly priced if not cheaper! I bought a girth that turned out to be slightly too small and needed to return it, their offer for a free item exchange was perfect and their returns/exchange form was so simple to fill out. An Email came through with in a couple of days from posting my parcel that my new item is ready to be sent out! Really good company!

I am not computer friendly but found the web site easy to follow. Goods look great - I shall see when I get them! So far so good

Outstanding ship time, great service and product is an excellent fit, quality construction and price would be at least $200 More from a US distributor. Based on price I was expecting a sub par product. Not so...pleasantly surprised.

A search for a simple but elegant navy saddle-cloth on Google, led me to the site and I'm glad it did. It's easy to navigate and features some of the best prices I have found online. Communication was excellent and delivery was speedy. They have gone straight into my 'bookmarks.'

I still haven't received my order even though it arrived in the states 4/17. There has been no communication from USPS. I realize the problem is not on your end, but you need to know the the poor service your partners provide.

Ordered a lovely Rambo dog coat but it was to big. I called up and a lovely girl sorted it all out for me very helpful I will also be buying my horse rugs from here in the future Thank you for a good service x

I am not a horsey person although I do like them. I use Companion Wound cream regularly on my dog who has a very severe yeast infection. This ointment has been so helpful and our Holistic Vet recommends it for human use too and we find it brilliant. Very gentle, soothing but effective.

Wanted new boots to work on stud farm and farm and found a pair not too expensive as I need 2 at least a year. Quality is great and the price was brilliant. Have looked on the website and seen lots of nice stuff so another shopping stint could be in the pipeline.

The products arrived promptly, the international shipping costs were very responsible, unlike some Amazon product where you can pay more for the postage than the goods.
The customer service I received was excellent, prompt and courteous responses.

Its nervy buying from a shop online for the first time, doubts run through your mind, are they scammers?, am I throwing my money away?, but you take the risk, order and wait, then a few days later there is a knock on your door. It's the delivery man, with the item you ordered, it's as described, it fits and does exactly what it says it does and all is good in the world:-)

Found the boots ordered to be extremely good quality, although of course not used much so far. Fit was very good, especially as I have always had difficulty with wide calves. Boots look fabulous, very very pleased

I love Redpost and always go to them first when I am looking for something for myself or my horse.
I do find that you are slightly more expensive than some other sites, but your delivery of quick, the customer service is excellent and don't ever quibble when I return an item so more often than not I am happy to pay the extra.

You are professional and courteous, and I have a good impression.
Customs duties means the products become more expensive for me but I would nevertheless return to you.
Rather long delivery time but this might be a one-off.
