Redpost Equestrian

Redpost has a nice selection of quality items, always at great prices and the check-out experience, especially for someone outside the EU, is fabulous. There isn't any extra steps required to have VAT removed or emails to have it refunded like I've experienced elsewhere. Redpost has been nothing but wonderful to buy from.

This is my first visit, but I was swiftly alerted when the quantity that I wanted to order was not available, so amended my order before completing the purchase with PayPal - all done, very quickly!

Some of the goods got damaged in transit, but Redpost were quick to offer me a partial refund.

I did find the same item quite a bit cheaper elsewhere afterwards, hence only 4* rating for price.

Ordered two turnout rugs for my horse and pony. Excellent value for money, rugs are both perfect. Delivery was only £1.00 and was items arrived in just a few days.

Service was exceptional as I was an international buyer that needed a delivery in both UK and Australia. Super helpful in finding product that was out of stock and went beyond expected service standards to help me even though it was the busy Christmas period. It would be much better to have the Email gift voucher sent with a nice background on the voucher rather than plain.
Would just look a bit nicer that's all, they do sell proper vouchers in store though which is great if you live nearby and can go in.

Breeches were great lovely fit.Love hearts were a nice extra. They arrived very quickly.When I visit Redpost the staff are always very very helpful and pleasant.I would recommend shopping in store or on line.

Saw a dog coat advertisement in our local paper. It was the top ten looked on your website and got our fab orange jacket for our Harvey for the very long dark days ahead. He looks so dapper in it. First class service from when ordered to delivery

Excellent value for money and free postage made the choice of web site easy, even though I had not used it before. My order came very quickly and I received updates by text about my delivery. Very good service!

It's quite difficult to give a true reflection as I am still awaiting delivery. I spoke to a member of your staff on Wednesday regarding parcelforce. She was very helpful and came back to me promptly however unfortunately your couriers are letting your company down. They have not attempted to deliver.

Super fast delivery. My order came long before any others I had placed with other companies on the same day. Dropped a star for the product just because the packaging was a bit damaged which was disappointing, particularly for such an expensive item.

Easy straightforward ordering with express delivery available very cheaply. Many websites appeared to offer the rug I wanted but actually did not have it in stock. I received it next day as promised and am very pleased with it - so is my horse!
