Fast delivery time. Helpful staff when I phoned with a query and didn't have to wait very long for the phone to be answered. Excellent quality magnetic hock boots but have only used them for just over a week so can't really comment at this stage on their efficacy.

Ordering was easy. Like that they take PayPal. I did have a problem when product arrived. Wrong size due to misleading website. Customer service assured me web site will be updated and my purchase (including shipping) will be refunded.

I was pleased to find an on line equestrian shop that is local (Devon) has large range of 'in stock' items, competitive on prices and offered a choice of delivery days for urgently required items. Will definitely order from Redpost again.

Very happy other stores could only get my boots made to measure within 8 weeks lucky red post had my boots in stock and got them on next day delivery for only £3 really great customer service will definitely be using again

Your in house service staff were very helpful and your online store was easy to navigate. Dispatched and received much faster than originally expected. You are my first port of call for good quality and value for money equestrian products. I like the fact that I can use my points balance (no matter how small) to discount any product in my shopping basket. Other stores should follow your reward scheme and ability to redeem without a preset quota. Thanks!

My order was placed on a weekend. Received the items 1 week later and I am in Australia!
Extremely good communication. I needed to pay slightly more freight as it was travelling internationally but even this was an easy process.

Harriett on the chat facility was exceptionally helpful. As an aside, I have a 14 year old son and we really struggle to get riding clothes for him. More choice for men and boys (in the riding world generally!) would be great. Thank You :)
