Great customer service and good delivery time.
Bought a rug which I found slightly cheaper with another retailer, but there were hidden costs so decided to purchase from what I consider to be a reputable company.
Also asked for additional information on another product and the customer service team quickly responded and offered alternatives for me to consider.
Great job, would use again.

I have been a customer of Redpost Equestrian since the business was formed. I can honestly say they have always been a pleasure to know, always provided a courteous and professional service including advise on any issues relating across all the products on sale. Also if you cannot find what you are looking for they will go out of their way to get it for you. May they long continue.

I bought a fly mask for my horse as the flies are quite bad at the moment here in Scotland. So far I haven't managed to get it on her as she has never worn one before. I will keep trying as I'm sure she will appreciate if once its on.

Great service, brought a bridle which unfortunately didn't fit, contacted Redpost Equestrian who explained how to return the item, did this and received a refund with a day or so. Great service I'll definitely shop again.

Superfast delivery service, great advice available over the telephone, called back when they said they would, processed a returns payment quickly and without quibble. Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone. 5 Star business!

Very impressed Ordered Rambo riding hat (on special offer) on Friday & it was with me the following day. A brilliant product with a brilliant service/postage. Hope to purchase another if they come back into stock

My experience with Redpost and their customer services was excellent...the delivery by DPD (I opted for the collect from a local DPD pickup store for convenience!) was a total disaster - will never use that service again

Spoke to a lady at the shop who was exceptionally helpful and I decided to definitely buy following my conversation with her. Hoping that the size will be correct but I have been put at ease that if it isn't right, I can get another size etc. Sorry, didn't get her name! Thank you!

Excellent service and web site access for the product. Feedback would have been all 5 star but for delivery driver not calling at correct house whilst we were waiting through the delivery slot next door for delivery. Phone calls necessary to recover the problem.

I found redpost on a Google search for a specific turnout rug. As I live in Northern Ireland, a lot of English companies charge a higher postage charge, even though the postage is the same throughout the UK. Not only was my postage free, you were the best priced website I visited. Delivery was fast and I'm very pleased with the service. I'll definitely use you again.

Very easy to use site. Delivery was delayed a little but through no fault of Redpost Equestrian was as a result of snow!
I have found the item cheaper on another website but overall I am happy with my purchase.

Ive had some of these polar packs for several years and wanted to buy some more. This proved a bit difficult as most websites were out of stock and didn't know if they would have any more in, so I was more then pleased to find some on this website. Ordering was very easy and delivery times very good.

I have purchased from Redpost before and continue to be very happy with the products and service they provide. I usually do click and collect and find this a very speedy option. When I collected my order I could see that there were clear precautions and directions in place to keep both customers and staff safe. Staff were friendly and is was served quickly and efficiently

Very easy website and ordering was straight forward. Delivery very quick. I rang customer services as needed to exchange rug for the next size.Very helpful and explained exchange process, which turned out to be very easy and free (1 per order). Lady also put next size aside for me to send out once smaller rug received back. Haven't received new size yet but so far very happy with the service.
