RedBubble have always been an excellent site, with such incredible variety of products on sale and a truly pleasant purchase experience. Recently I ordered a t shirt from them that turned out to be a size too big, and got in touch to request an exchange of the same design but in a smaller size.
I was contacted by a wonderful gentleman name Thuliteno who was not only efficient in dealing with my request, but kind and cheerful and extremely clear about how he would deal with my request - to send a replacement at no extra cost. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced, and all sites should follow his and Red Bubble's shining example. Many thanks to Thuliteno and the Red Bubble team, I can't wait to shop on their site again.

The t-shirt I ordered came out bad. It was an issue with colors. The lettering did not come out the same as it showed on-line. When I got the shirt I couldn't even see the lettering. I was very displeased. But, I emailed them and was sent a voucher code to reorder a different color. So, I'll see how the next one is when it arrives and do another review then.
Giving 2 stars for now. 1 star review because the shirt was so bad, but added another star because they responded within 2 hours and I was able to order another.

I ordered several stickers for my laptop. When they arrived I was very disappointed in the quality of the print of the stickers. The images are very obviously enlarged and not thought over; resulting in a lot of pixelation. In addition the print has noise all over the image and can't seem to keep a consistent color. I was expecting a much more quality for the price I paid for a few stickers.

I ordered a few things from Redbubble and I was really excited to receive my order. That changed really quick! I read the reviews and I asked myself what the hell did I just do? I should of checked the reviews before I ordered anything... First they delayed my shipment and when they finally did sent the package they forgot to place my name and address on the it... The only thing on the package was the city and zip code. First time buying from redbubble and I promise it's the last time as well. At this point I don't know where the package is, but I'll be getting my money back I can assure you that. Then I'll take my money to amazon! Never had an issue with them. Lesson learned!

I was told to receive my item within a week after the item was made and shipped, but the tracking info hasn't yet been updated for two weeks and I still couldn't get my item. I talked to one of the agents and she told me the item has been lost, and I requested a refund because I don't trust their service anymore after I have seen so many similar cases like mine. But I'm glad the agent was helpful and made the transaction immediately, that's why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1

I ordered an iPhone case. It apparently shipped via UPS but the UPS website only said the order had been processed. When the order should have been arriving, UPS showed they still didn't have the package. I contacted live customer service at redbubble but was given the same tracking number and told to wait a week after my delivery date before I contact customer service again. While I was excited about the product, the responses from "Randy" on the live chat weren't helpful. He couldn't confirm the order had shipped and couldn't confirm when it would arrive or anything at all about the status of the order. No supervisor was available to talk to. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund simply based on how unhelpful I found his customer service to be. He quickly obliged and apparently I will be receiving a refund on my credit card. There was no apology - just a "ok" and then a confirmation number for my refund. It felt like this was something he was used to doing which perhaps indicates this is a common issue with redbubble. I won't order again even though I liked their designs.

Low quality supports from China, talked with them and from the photo they are kids... Once requested 50$+ and they suspend my account. At 4 August i requested 24.99$ and today is 20 August and no money received and just got a mail saying and this account is suspended. DON'T TRUST THEM!

I ordered a cell phone case as a birthday present. Supposedly, the order didn't go through, but my credit card has a "pending" charge. I was planned to be delivered today. There was no communication related to this order and any issues until I reached out for confirmation. I think this company has nice products, but there customer service sucks. If I had the ability to leave 0 stars I would. I don't plan to purchase anything from this company in the future.

Huge hassle with this website from the start. I Had two separate orders of the same item. However, neither one of them were delivered. After complaining, they opted to resend both items without explanation. I received my of the two replacements yesterday, and it turned out to not even be the item I ordered. After complaining, yet again, the only offer from them was to resend the exact same item that I should have received weeks ago. Terrible orgnization. Don't think I would ever order from this website again, which is shame because they're one of the only places that have what I need.

I purchased a Duvet and throw pillow and insert. The duvet didn't come with pillow cases?. The throw pillow (21x21) was way to big for cover (18x18) so had to go and buy another one to fit. Wish I knew all this before I gave these to my daughter for her birthday and couldn't finish it off. Very disappointment and won't purchase from here again. Nothing stated before purchase any of this.

I ordered a duvet cover for my son's room and was pretty trilled about it as there is nothing like it in stores near me. After I ordered, I decided to look at reviews and started to be worried as there is so many negative comments. I needed this duvet cover quickly as I was redoing my son's room while he was out of town as a surprise and paid for quick shipping. A lot of reviews complained about not receiving orders in a timely matter as well as the quality so I was starting to regret my purchase. I got it today a day ahead of scheduled delivery and am I very excited about it! The quality is great, and I was quite relived that the colors of the duvet cover pictured from the website were true to the actual product (i painted the room based on the online colors as I could not wait for it to paint!)... I wish I could upload a picture of the finished room with the bedding! It's awesome :)

Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
