Nearly every shirt I've bought from them has come with a faulty print, and when I complain about it, they always say it's a problem with the "artist's original file", and not their printers. Little do they know, I am the artist of most of the shirts I buy, and I know for sure that, oh, i don't know - there aren't suspicious-looking print lines running down the length of the design, for example. Even when I call them out for it they just ignore me. The only thing I've bought which has decent print quality are mugs tbh, but theyre usually a bit gross.
The several $#*!s that I bought came just as advertised and they are comfortable to wear. Although they are a bit pricey, these $#*!s have exactly the graphics I wanted. And they have a huge variety of $#*!s.
I bought a shirt for my daughter, but it was to big, i had no problem at all to make the exchange. Great customer service, good merchandise. I recommend it. Will buy again.
Aftersales service absolutely excellent. Only on two other occasions do I recall such helpful service and on those occasions, the problem was caused by the supplier. On this occasion, with RedBubble, the fault was down to me in ordering the wrong size T-shirt yet the service was still outstanding. An excellent company to deal with.
I ordered a greeting card. The image was important and was as shown for the order however, the card was more like cardboard and a non gloss item. It lacked quality.

Needed to exchange out a Med for a Lrg. Sizes I thought ran a bit small had no problem, they got right back to me, and no hassle sending it back.

Stickers not laminated. Like matt paper almost.
Some stickers looked like an inkjet low on ink. Requested replacements and still one had lines looking like low on ink. Even worse than the first one I thought was bad.

I always buy tough phone cases from here and they are simply the best. I've never had to buy a new one because they were broke, only for a new phone or I just wanted something different. The tough cases hold up every stupid drop I make. And the design I pick always comes out beautiful! Thank you for taking someone's art and turning it into a functional masterpiece!
I ordered an item, paying for expedited two day shipping, because it was for a visiting relative that was going to be leaving in 3 days. Long story short, it didn't show up in time. When I called to ask what the problem was, I was told that all items are sent to get stickers first, which takes a few days. So in my personal experience, their two day shipping is a fraud. I will never order from them again.

Bought a printed hoodie for my son's birthday. Couple of days later an arm seam came undone. Within 10 mins of contacting Redbubble we had a voucher for the full cost of the item and the p&p. We weren't asked to return the faulty item - just provided a photo. No quibbling, just superb, customer -focused service. Thanks Adrian for excellent service.
I had an issue with the print quality or one of my orders and contacted redbubble to see if there was any help I could get (I didn't hold out much hope tbh) and after sending some images of the garment I was told I could have a full refund or credit so was entirely satisfied with how I was handled! The t shirts are fab, so many options, great to take advantage of a discount code comes around! Very pleased overall
3x (NON) Zumba T-shirts (portrayed AS Zumba T-shirts) & a sticker I could have purchased for 10c it is soooo tiny! Zumba is a trademark and these are definitely 'rip off' versions. Poor print on front, poor fit and the sticker needs to be viewed under a microscope its so small. Never again!

I just recently bought two note books. Each for about $10.00, if you buy separately, it's $12 a piece. I got the Notebooks expecting full sized school not books, but instead I got 2 half sized Notebooks not worth the price. They look nice but that's beside the point that they are not worth the expenses charged.

I'm very impressed with this company. I ordered a wrong size t-shirt and they immediately told me a replacement shirt would be sent to me at no cost. I was hesitant to shop online as you hear all the bad things about online shopping but I will definitely be doing more shopping with redBubble. Thumbs up.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
