Bought a hoodie for my friends birthday that didnt quite fit her right, requested a new size and not only did they ship us a new size that fit her perfectly, they also allowed us to keep the original which fit me perfectly, not to mention just how incredibly comfortable they are. Will absolutely be buying more products from them!
Waited about a month for an order, and when I finally reached out to customer service their response was, we will send you another shipment. No apology, no explanation, no expedited shipping. Just wait some more and see if it comes. I hoped their estimated delivery date was accurate because this was a gift for my girlfriend. Had to apologize to her and get her something else. What is the real disappointment is this is my second order. The art and artists are amazing, just wish the follow through of the company was as well.

I ordered some stickers while I was home on break from school and after ordering them I realized I wouldn't be at home when they arrived. I then went through the process to change my shipping address to be my school address so I would be able to have the stickers there when I arrived. I got an email confirming that the address had been changed and online it said the address changed but through UPS my address remained the same. My package ended up being shipped to my initial address and luckily I had not left yet to go back to school. I am satisfied with the quality of the stickers and have no problems with that, but if it's really important that someone changes an address it should definitely be more reliable.
I ordered an lol surprise doll pillow. I was very happy with it and my grandaughter was thrilled.
I would definitely order from here again.
The quality of the clothes is excellent and the people at Redbubble were very helpful whem I ordered the wrong size for my son, immediately sending out the correct size. Excellent service; best I've come across on the internet.
It is very easy to find a decorative print in almost any size or genre. I ordered a wide selection of prints and was able to pick from a large selection of sizes and custom specifications. I was able to do quite a lot of decorating for very reasonable price. They all arrived on time and were well-packaged.
Sometimes the "official Merchandising" doesnt meet the expentancy from us but. Boom!

I have bought lots of thing in red bubble and they are very nice quality, original designs and good service.
I had ordered a tee shirt after reviewing all the colors. When it arrived, the background color was too dark to be able to see the graphic (unlike in the photo). My grandson had already taken the tags off and was wearing it, but I was very disappointed. I emailed a photo and RedBubble offered me some compensation for a new tee shirt, which I think is very fair.
I have ordered from them several times. Only on one occasion did the order take longer than two weeks to arrive.(Though that was likely the fault of New Zealand Post, as I was having a lot of trouble with them January and February). I let them know that the top I had ordered hadn't arrived, and they sent out a replacement. This duly arrived within the expected time. And when the original order finally arrived, they kindly told me to keep it. But I will happily buy from them again. They have such a great range of incredible and unique designs, the hardest thing is choosing between so many wonderful options. My only complaint is that I wish the Chiffon Tops came in larger sizes.

Ordered stickers several times, and was very happy with their quality. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of designs available, from entirely original works, to clever pop culture references, and everything in between. Also, excellent customer service. One order was lost in the mail, and they were very quick to respond and replace it, no problem.
These guys are the greatest! I had a problem with my order and they responded within 24 hours and we had resolution! The stuff I've received in the past has been great quality and has a creativity I haven't found elsewhere.
Everything i have recieved was perfect. Ive ordered shirts from amazon in the past and they never fit right, prints were crooked. I actually have a tshirt i love that i can actually wear
