Horrible store

Buyer be aware. Don't shop anything from the store redbubble. This store has no customer service. So if anything goes wrong with your order there is no one to communicate with. Another thing this store doesn't believe in giving back refunds. Any thing goes wrong with your order and you would like a refund. They prefer you keep the items even if you don't want to. Do not give you a refund they will keep your money. Ignore all your emails stay away from this store they scammers.

Nightmare!

I ordered 2 shirts a month later I still dont have them their so called customer service did nothing but give me the run around and call me a liar. I had a pair of shorts custom made to match one of the shirts, now I am out the money for the shorts as well. Never buy for these people again.

Redbubble attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I got a grammatically incorrect t-shirt the first time around. I didn't even complain to them, but when they sent a survey asking if i was happy and I put that i was slightly upset about that, they refunded the whole purchase for free, shipping and tax included. I immediately bought another shirt from them. Now THAT is good customer service.

Excellent customer service; I felt my new t-shirt was somewhat tight and promptly RedBubble is sending replacement. Shane, the person from RedBubbke who helped me, did an amazing job. I wish all customer services were like this! Happy to be your customer. Please don't drop quality down!

Choose the wrong size, made a request for exchange online, got an answer in 2h that they are already processing my new order with correct sizes, with no need to send back the "way too big" tees. I will give them to charity:)

I bought my stickers for my laptop case from redbubble. They came within a week and in the cutest packaging. I got an additional sticker from the site itself! The stickers that i got were really cute and easy to apply. They are also very durable but easy to take off when i want to move them. I spilled some tea on one of my stickers and the liquid didn't penetrate the sticker! I love redbubble and will order again.

I've ordered a few items from them so far this year and all have been excellent. The shipping is as expected and they give you tracking numbers to well, track the progress of your packages. Items are neatly and securely packed, and the quality is great: T-shirts/tanks feel nice, prints look fantastic, while I do have to say that the Iphone 6s wallet case is a bit smaller than I'd like; It's too small to hold cash w/o folding it. Still overall, I've enjoyed my shopping experience with RedBubble so far.

My card is good anywhere and everywhere. Beginning to wonder if it is my bank that is refusing to do business with them. Bad sign if it is. Was going to purchase a throw for my sons birthday but can't. After reading the other reviews it might be a blessing in disguise I'm not buying h\ere.

I've ordered a lot of stuff from redbubble over the years. I'll preface this with saying I live in New Zealand which could be a factor, but never once has anything arrived. They wont respond to emails or phonecalls, nor will they provide a refund. I've lost a good bit of money on this company. 0 stars if possible

Great selection and service! Super fast delivery too! I found a shirt from a long time ago that I thought they wouldnt have anymore. So glad it was still available! Their prices are reasonable too, Ive looked at other websites and some are crazy expensive!

I ordered 2 t-shirts and was amazed they arrived just 3 days later, and this just a week out from Xmas.

Despite checking my measurements against the fitting guide the womens fitted scoop neck t-shirt was ridiculously too big. Pleased and surprised that they have a free replacement for wrong size or pattern, and next day got an email to say the replacement was on its way and I didnt need to send back the original.

It seems like most of the complaints here seem to be about delivery times, so maybe I was just st lucky - maybe its a quicker service in Australia. It is annoying the sizes are so inaccurate hence loosing 1 point, but the follow up was flawless.

I paid extra money for 3 day shipping it's been 10 days not even a word from Redbubble their customer service website sucks they don't answer you and they over charged my bank account 3x never again will i order from Redbubble huge mistake

Extremely disappointed...

I ordered overpriced items. Paid for 2-day express delivery, which took 2 and 7 days respectively, to even ship out the same order. Complete rip-off. When I complained, they blamed me, the customer, for being at fault because it was a 'busy period'. If they had communicated this at any time, I wouldn't have minded so much. Would not recommend and would not re-order from them in the future.

RedBubble have always been an excellent site, with such incredible variety of products on sale and a truly pleasant purchase experience. Recently I ordered a t shirt from them that turned out to be a size too big, and got in touch to request an exchange of the same design but in a smaller size.

I was contacted by a wonderful gentleman name Thuliteno who was not only efficient in dealing with my request, but kind and cheerful and extremely clear about how he would deal with my request - to send a replacement at no extra cost. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced, and all sites should follow his and Red Bubble's shining example. Many thanks to Thuliteno and the Red Bubble team, I can't wait to shop on their site again.

What can i say? A review about a parcel which has not delivered yet! How shall i feel?
I reading some other reviews and they don't seem to be very good. All in all let's wait another few days but i think for what i'm reading i have been scammed! No tracking number at all.So if it's lost or not shipped we will never ever know!

First the good: I received my shirts about a week after ordering them. The images printed on them look nice. One of them is a little less vibrant than I would like, but the other one looks awesome. And I like that they're printed directly on the shirt.

Now the bad: The shirts they use are just awful. They're thin and stretchy. These are the kind of shirts you get in a 3 for $6 bag. I like lightweight shirts, but that's not what these are. They're just cheap. Wearing the white one I got, I look like I'm headed to a construction job. What's worse, the cut on them is very uncomfortable. It's like the arms are set too far back, so they pull on my shoulders and armpits.

I will not be ordering from Redbubble again.

I ordered a Christmas gift in November. The gift was supposed to arrive by around December 9,2020. It is now December 20 and the status of the order is "In Production". The gift cost about $75. Basically they stole my money. Do not order from this company. I thought I was getting a thoughtful gift for a friend, but instead got ripped off.

I signed up as a vendor and after uploading 2 images my store became inactive. I sent 3 emails and they were answered around 3 weeks later with a response that did not say why. What suspicious activity. I uploaded 2 images?
