I ordered a christmas present. It is very late and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED any of my email requests. It is not a way to run a company. I sent 4 requests to find my present and NO ONE has bothered to answer me. Don't order from them unless you like stress, BAH HUMBUG! Every day I get an email it is coming the next day. Obviously it is lost and no one cares.

Do not order from Redbubble

Still unhappy! At first, all I wanted to do was to make sure I was getting a woman`s shirt instead of a man`s. My order was canceled and instead of you saying we will just give you a refund, you said I was getting a credit to use towards another purchase. Well, I still wanted the shirt to surprise my wife. So, I paid a extra $15 to get "EXPRESS" shipping, so it would have been here on December 13th. It did not arrive! Not happy.

I bought a logo cap, the cap quality is very poor and logo looks like a sticker stuck on to the cap. Very poor quality! No tracking info updates and it took too long to get it. Grossly overpriced!

Shipping is a mess

I ordered a shirt and another item. The shirt took forever to arrive (was later than the projected delivery in the tracking email) and the other item is nowhere in sight even though it shipped out on the 16th of last month. The tracking info only applied to the shirt, so there is no way of tracking the other item! This is ridiculous. I don't recommend RedBubble.

Also, the shirt itself does not seem very good quality. Disappointed with it, especially since it was not cheap.

TERRIBLE Sticker Quality

TERRIBLE print quality. I could have done a better print job at home. I will not be ordering from this site again. Majorly disappointed.

I ordered 11 stickers. Only 2 of the stickers have ok-ish print quality, but still not great. The prints are blurry, pixilated, and entirely unprofessional. The die cut trims around the stickers are super uneven and uncentered (I realize there needs to be some wiggle room in printing/die cuts, but these are very off).

For a company that specializes in printed materials, Rebubble should understand how to get quality prints. It's as if Redbubble grabbed the smallest, lowest quality raster image they could find, blew up the scale 400%, then printed - creating the ugliest, most pixilated, unreadable stickers possible.

If one or two of the stickers were bad, I might blame the files provided by the artist (although Redbubble should ensure quality control). But ALL of the stickers are terrible print quality.

Redbubble is a shady and scam company that feeds on talented artists while constantly harassing them, stealing their money, and never supporting them.
Redbubble claims to support artists, but will constantly harass people making original art from scratch always claiming they are infringing on something, taking their designs that took hours to make down, and then allowing spam accounts that post completely unoriginal, stolen content to remain forever, filling their store with actual infringing products and making money for stealing pictures. If you are one of these spam accounts, you can just cut and paste pictures from shows and movies onto the site and they will never stop you. But if you spend your time making drawings, paintings, digital art, or anything else, they will constantly hunt every design you make for "copyright issues."
Then, you can look it up, after they owe the artists money for selling a bunch of products with their work, they will cancel the artist's account and keep the money for their works that sold.

This company lives and thrives on copyright infringement while claiming they have to abide by laws. They harass real artists relentlessly for any little thing, often times having nothing to do with what they are talking about. They don't support artists and creators, just attack and accuse them.

If you have an artist or product you are looking for, please find another site. Redbubble needs to be shut down, they are a bad, very shady company.

I purchased a $35 iphone case. It arrived without packaging as if it was used with a broken piece. It also is a cheap case worth $5-$8. When I went to return it, they only will replace it or get a voucher for redbubble, which I don't want to buy from again.

Later Edit: They refunded me all the money spent on the site. It is really a shame the orders did not arrive tho. The half of the first order that reached me was really nice and pretty good quality.
Customer support is pretty receptive which is a big plus.

Avoid if the shipping in your area has no tracking!

My story:
Order 1 - 4 cases, 2 of them arrived, 2 did not arrive at all
Order 2 - received a voucher as a refund for the 2 cases from order 1 and used it to buy other 3 cases (paid a little extra 7 euro) - this order also did not arrive at all
Order 3 - a replacement order for order 2 - also did not arrive at all

Contacted support and they issued a refund for the 7 euro from order 2 because I used the refund voucher from order 1 on order 2. Which is stupid because none of those orders reached me.

So, in the end I lost most of the money spent and waited 2 months for nothing.

20% discount

After several emails back and forth I give up. It said right on the top of my order page receive 20% off. I forget what promo code I added because I was doing a bunch of shopping on different sites that night. CSR wanted the promo code and I couldn't remember it. Haven't heard a word back from them. Will never order from this site again. 20% on a $141 comforter is aot of money. Horrible customer service.

Don't do it!

Don't purchase anything through this website unless you have money to give away. I never received an email confirmation for my purchase! I attempted to track my order, because that seems to be my only option, and of course I am unable to, because I never received confirmation that my order was placed. My money was of course taken via PayPal. SCAM!

My card is good anywhere and everywhere. Beginning to wonder if it is my bank that is refusing to do business with them. Bad sign if it is. Was going to purchase a throw for my sons birthday but can't. After reading the other reviews it might be a blessing in disguise I'm not buying h\ere.

I'm on Redbubble both as an artist and customer. I've ordered stuff from other artist and from my own store. I've only had two issues so far (design peeling on a hoodie and two prints getting damaged in shipping) and both times Redbubble was quick to respond and sent replacements for free

Poor shipping practices!

Good company if your willing to pay the ridiculous extra fee to get your order in a timely manner. If not they hand off your order to U.S. Mail Innovations, and they drag they're feet on your order every step of the way! RedBubble you need to adjust your shipping practices to accommodate all buyers, even the little people! Order arrived in St. Louis on the 31st for a September 2nd arrival date... package on the morning of September 1st, went to Kansas City Missouri! Am I the only one to see this incompetence?!
