After purchasing product I had a very nervy wait as this company failed to communicate with me when I was receiving a DL code - if ever. After a nervy few hours it finally came. I then had after-sales issues and I found them extremely unhelpful in this respect too.

They would often ignore my questions and simply respond with lines obviously ripped from a pre approved script. I'd avoid at all costs.

Do NOT purchase software from Redbox software. They are con artists. They not only NEVER answer the customer service phone number, but they also ignore you by chat and email. They make promises to refund money and come up with all kinds of excuses not to. Don't bother trying to work with your credit card company to get a refund either. Capital One gave a provisional credit then reversed it. You will never get your software and you will never get a refund. Just don't bother with them in the first place.

Purchased Office 2016 and it was amazing. Got the email with the download and I was able to install it straight from Microsoft's download website. I felt secured as Microsoft required verification of my account before I could download using the key!

I bought Access 2010 and was offered a free upgrade 2016 after they found out I had MS Office 2016 installed. I would have ended removing my MS office to make way for Access and reinstall office again. They saved me a lot of time and a lot of money! Thanks!

I was looking for Office 2016 and stumbled on this website. At first I'm a bit hesitant but their price are really competitive. Called customer service and the lady who answered was very polite and answer all my inquiries. Bought my first copy today, received my Product in few minutes and installed it without hassle. I ordered Outlook 2013 with this company and the order conformation showed v 2016 which I did not want. I cancelled by phone when I was told they had run out of product key for v 2013. I was told a refund would be forthcoming and the activation code would be cancelled. That was 3 months ago. Since them many emails have passed between us - usually at the company end it is a different person each time (nobody seems to want to own the problem). All the emails are giving reasons why they cannot honour their promise. So buy from this company at your own risk. I am now pursuing the refund via my credit card company I have since bought the version I wanted from elsewhere.

Needed this software to complete a job on time - and on budget. At the last minute - I had a problem with my laptop finishing the purchase - and the Tech at the Web Site actually got the order placed for me. The folks at RedBoxSoftware are truly trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and rev... rev... um... well, religion didn't come up - but the folks at RedBoxSoftware sure seem connected with the Big One at the top in the way they assist you through Computer Issues, and, deliver the software at unbeatable prices. I highly recommend them for all your Software needs - and - for those of us who need tech assistance just when trying to order something off a computer!

When submitting my order i must have hit button twice, it produced two orders for Microsoft Office H & S 2010. Immediately called and spoke with customer service, resulting in a promise to cancel one order and refund the cost to my bank account. It has now been 16 days and no refund. When I first tried the key code issued, it came up as invalid, Called Microsoft and asked why, they said "that key code was not meant to be used in the USA, and I bet the company that sold you it never mentioned that!" Had to use long over the phone confirmation process and luckily it activated. Where's my refund? (Order #*******)
