Purchased software and was told it would be available immediately- it was not, so I cancelled the order and when the e-mail came with the software key, informed the thirdparty sender that the order was cancelled and we would not be using the key.
No refund to my credit card. Called customer service and was told a refund would be processed- is hasn't been. E-mailed company with no response to my e-mail. Would not recommend this company to anyone if you expect good customer service
I purchased Windows 7 Ultimate (full version). I got the link and product key quickly but after wasting many hours downloading the ISO, the product key they provided was blocked by Microsoft. When I emailed Redbox Software, they responded with another product key which was also blocked by Microsoft. Do NOT do any business with these scam artists.
I ordered Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student and was given a product key. I've been trying to activate it for almost 3hours and decided to email them back and asked why it isn't working. It was fantastic because they only asked me for the installation ID and they activated it for me in just 15minutes! That was fast!
Bought Microsoft Office. Wasn't immediate and thought I might have been scammed and I couldn't get into my email to retrieve the key # when I finally got the email. They immediately called and emailed a new email that I could open. Thank you Redbox!
It's all worth the money spent. My daughters were happy when they received the MS Office for Mac as Christmas presents. This will be very helpful in their college.
My product key did not work at first but they replaced it and even upgraded my software to Office 2016 Professional Plus. I saved almost $120. Great service!

I ordered the Home & Business Office 2010, I received the download and product key with in the 24 hours they said. But the product key does not work, the direction they send you state that you should activate your software over the phone to "avoid any issues with microsoft" I did the online chat and sent emails and all I got in response (if I got a response) is the same unusable product key! I would NEVER buy from this company and will NEVER do so again.

On Feb 17,2016 we ordered Office for Mac 2011, and the payment of $90.00 cleared our bank the very next day. We HAVE YET TO RECEIVE an ACTIVATION CODE or DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS. We phoned, were put on hold and got tired of waiting for Redbox to pick back up. We sent an email and received NOTHING. When we click "FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE Our customer service reps are available 24/7 to assist you" on Redbox's webpage, we get returned to the homepage. Ordered Microsoft office 2016 - waited 24+ hours and it hadn't come. Tried and call kept getting dropped by their answering system but finally got through to voice mail. Left message but no response for several hours so I sent complaint and started claim with Norton guarantee service but first called the Norton number and got someone is south Africa. Thought the Norton service was also a scam until I confirmed on the symatec web site that it was a legit service. So completed claim with Norton and got call from Redbox about an hour later saying they were e mailing me the product key. Tried to use the product key the next day and Microsoft has it was an invalid key. Emailed redbox and got another key to try back in just a couple of minutes. Tried the new key and while the Microsoft service accepted the key, I could not successfully download the office 2016 program. Contacted customer service at Microsoft (on-line chat) and got someone who was probably in India. Person spent about an hour getting rid of office 365 and downloading office 2016 using the product key I had received from redboxsoftware. Everything is now up and running. I give Microsoft support 5 stars and Redbox software 3 stars

Answer: I got the same lame answer when I had to return a defective computer and tried to install my software on a different one. NEVER purchase software from this company again.
