Product key wont work

I bought office Pro 2016 in Sept of 2016... had to get a new laptop because my other one died... I went to load the software on my NEW laptop and Microsoft tells me the Key is not valid. I have been going round and round with Audrey and another individual... still does not work... This is such a rip off. I paid well over $200 for a piece of software I can't use.

Update: Due to the inaccurate product listing I ordered the wrong product. I chatted with their reps and they issued a refund. I then purchased the correct software. Many thanks!

Original post:
I was searching for MS office for mac and the google search brought me to their page for MS office 2013. There was no description that this product was for Windows only. I purchased the software and upon downloading discovered that it was a ". Exe" Windows file, not Mac. I asked customer service what I could do and they said that they would not issue a refund. Now, yes, if I had clicked into the product section I may have seen the mac options, but the google link brought me to that product page which did not list "Windows only." Not very happy about the issue.

NO hassle

I bought new computer and found Office 2016 in this site. I order and after 5 minutes got my download link and product key. I install in my computer and activate with no dramas. I never had a problem because my bank allow the charges. They may have a problem with their order maybe due to security reasons but for me Thank you I got new office installed in my computer,

Not too bad.

I ordered a license for Windows 7 Professional on a Friday morning. By Monday lunchtime I had not received the license via e-mail. So I called the 800 number. Somebody answered fairly quickly. (Surprise.) And, after I explained the situation, the person I talked to said a license would be sent to me. It was. I received it when still on the phone. (Another surprise.) Finally, when I installed the license, it validated as genuine. Based on so many negative reviews, I was expecting to have to fight for a refund. However, I got what I paid for, although I shouldn't have had to make the call. In short, I'm satisfied.

The cost of the product is about $20 cheaper than elsewhere... but still not so cheap that you would thing something odd about it. So I got a new Imac and I like the older version of Office. So I paid my $75... noted that it showed up in my American Express online account and waited for the download link and product key... hours later nothing. So I called the phone number and received a recorded message that they are closed on weekends. IT was before NOON on Friday! I WANTED THIS PRODUCT NOW OTHERWISE I WOULD GONE OUT AND BOUGHT A COPY IN A BOX. You get till Monday... then I call AX to backcharge for non-delivery.

About an hour after I wrote the above I received the download link and product code. Installed everything and tested and it appears to work ok. Also went through an automatic update. Strange process and I am a little uncomfortable but seems to be ligit. Raised the review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I was unable to download the software I purchased on the site and was promised a full and immediate refund. Three weeks later, and two more complaints, and the refund has not been processed. Of course, I've raised the issue with my credit card company which has always come through for me but I question the legitimacy of a site that refuses to honor its promises. Don't buy from them. Plus their prices are higher than others.

David Hoppe, our prices are one of the lowest online. We even offer price match by up to 5%. You have also already been refunded. And like I said in the previous comment, system requirements are listed along with the product description for a reason - to make sure that your system meets the software requirements prior to purchase.

Unethical behaviour

They are hiding behind private mail boxes and company names all over the world the actual company owners have been traced you need a lawyer to reclaim your money and damages for the loss of your money. A class act will be advertising soon keep an eye on it here come and join us we will show them up and take all their finances and personal property in damages they are corrupt.

Corrupt bent fraudulent untrustworthy incompetent they are currently subject to a formal consumer and criminal complaint stay away at all costs.

Keep an eye on the media a full news story featuring rip offs and statements by company employees will be circulated via the worlds media in the coming months as the class act takes off. We have all their names and private address you will get if you join the class act. They are going down in style.

I had a really nice experience with these people behind this company. Bought a software from them, Microsoft office 2016, got some troubles with the installation. I called them and they're really nice and kind, everything sorted out in few minutes. Awesome! I'll definitely buy more stuff!

Huge disappointment

I purchased Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac. Price was great... but the product key info would not work. Neither did the phone method. They sent me another product key, which also would not work.
The customer service people were impossible to reach on the phone. Also, they did not return calls as the message said after being on hold for ten minutes. They were also rather impatient on the phone.
Really bad experience overall.
Hopefully my refund will show up in 2-3 days as promised.

Just found out there were no more product keys well after 24 hours after the purchase. Now I cannot get a refund for 3-5 more days. I needed the program for a college essay and money has been really tight for me. I had just saved enough money to pay for the program. Should have done my research. I can't talk to them on the phone and no replies to email. Chat took well over an hour just to receive the message that they were out. AVOID THIS COMPANY! After reading some of the reviews now I am concerned that I will even receive a refund.

Invalid software key
January 27, 2016

As with other reviews, I received a software key that was not valid. I contacted the company, sent screenshots as requested, and was told I would get a new key. After nearly a month and several more contact attempts including stating the urgency of getting it done in a timely manner, I have not gotten any more responses or a valid key and have just gone the route of opening a dispute with my bank to get my money returned. Pretty disappointed.

I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016 over 34 hours ago. The only thing I received was an email confirmation of my purchase. I haven't received a product key or activation code as promised. They do not answer their phones and failed to respond to my voicemail. When I emailed them asking for a refund, the response I received was a request asking me to verify my name, address and product purchased... even though the email I sent was a direct reply to my order confirmation which clearly displayed all of that information. I wish I would have read these reviews before making a purchase. Instead I'm afraid I've lost $145 to a scam and wasted a lot of time.

Update: order #*******. I'm still waiting for the supposed refund, which I was emailed a confirmation of, but I doubt I'll ever see it. It's been 3 days since I was promised a refund but there is no sign of it actually getting refunded on my card.

Requested MSOffice 2013 - first product key was not recognised by microsoft, following a complaint they forwarded a new product key that was already registered to another person. When confronted, the only response was an email "we understand that you now wish to cancel your purchase - we will be in touch by email". Nothing heard from since. What i wanted was a REAL product key! Not forthcoming nor is a refund.
