Terrible company without ethics. I was charged without knowing I signed up for a subscription - when I call ed the day of the transaction, I was told we are unable to issue refunds, then asked if I wanted to take a customer service survey. What a total ripoff and I feel like I've been taken advantage of.

I was under the impression that I would be able to see owner information in the report that I purchased but it wasnt until after I paid that I found out that I would have to pay even more to unlock that feature.

Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed. If the account is not canceled after the trial period, the customer will be charged the monthly billing fee.
