My go to site for clothes!

Great and unique products. Very easy to navigate thru the website. I love how diverse and affordable all the clothes are. Usually one of the shirts in a store or a boutique shop would run 5x times as much as what they are cost on RebelsMarket. Great quality too.

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt and chose size large as a US size, implying the purchase was within the USA. After paying, I received an email saying they were changing the size to 3XL since these were Asian sizes and that would equal L in US. This was the first sign I had been duped. Then the shirt took several weeks to arrive. When it did, it is VERY thin, NOT like a sweatshirt at all. It is also misshapen and long. In short, I do not like it and feel I paid 3 times what it is worth, which would be about ten dollars, if priced to reflect its quality. I made 2 purchases in one at this site - first and last.

Hassle..

Ordered a size extra large in men recievedbehat i suppose is an extra large in children I'm 4'10 115 pounds it won't even fit me much less my husband who I got it as a gift for Christmas its now jan 8th and I still am not able to exchange it? Help

Another couple great items purchased. Great quality of the t-shirts and excellent customer service.
I had a small issue with one shirt and Belle was great to work - great service!
I ordered: Zipped Turn Up Sleeve Loose Fit Tee / and / Live Loud 2 in 1 Red Ripped Top Black and both items are well made material and such fun products.

I placed a small order on this website for a Mother's Day present. I received a handful of emails over a period of months, informing me that the seller no longer sold items on the website, and that the company was trying to sort through his/her orders. However, I never received the item I ordered, nor did I receive any sort of refund.

That was a year ago (May 2013).

Be careful of what you buy. Most of the clothes are third party china. Really disappointing I thought it was a legit merchandise. Rebel's Market charging cheap Chinese merchandise for expensive prices. This is the last time I shop on this stinking website. This is the biggest ripoff ever stay the hell away from this site.

I am a new customer of Rebels Market and in March, I ordered my first item through their website. A custom made kilt from an overseas seller. I had some problems with what was shipped and contacted Rebels Market Customer Service.

In comes the absolute best customer service person ever, Belle!

I purchased a $72.00 item and received a million dollars worth of customer service from Belle in resolving the issues concerning my order. She is a consummate professional, personable, and just plain out wonderful.

She resolved my problem, and in doing so made me a Rebels Market loyal customer. I know I can buy with confidence on Rebels Market. Belle kept me informed almost daily and tracked my replacement shipment as I did.

I was always addressed as a customer in a personal manner. I was never addressed as a "order number". Like the norm is in todays online marketplace.

Best Customer Service "EVER"

I've never had an issue with receiving any of my orders. Customer service is attentive to any inquiries. Some of the merchandise sold on the sight is overpriced and you can find for a fraction of the price elsewhere. That's my only issue with the site, otherwise it's great.

Terrible

Definitely most items are not quality which is made from China and there is no return. You can return it but you have to pay for shipping which all the way down to Philippines. Shipping is much more expensive then item itself. There is no return label. They don't pay for shipping.
I am just a student barely bought shoes, terrible quality and hurt my toes so badly. Now I can not return it and I can not purchase another shoes because I spent my last money for shoes.

RebelsMarket is an online marketplace where hundreds of different sellers from all over the world sell, ship, and maintain their own products.

Each of these sellers will have their own shipping policies and return policies (which can be found on the product page in the product details).

The return policy for this particular seller does advise that customers are responsible for returning any items that aren't damaged, defective, or wrong. If you ever receive an item that isn't as it should be, or if it is damaged or defective, we will always hold the seller accountable to cover the return shipping cost for you.

Currently, we are working with you, and the seller, to see if we can get at least a partial refund issued back to your original method of payment without having to return the item back if you'd prefer to do so and will do whatever we can to try to make this situation right for you. Unique Clothing

We were sellers with Rebelsmarket for just under a year. The site has a plethora of bugs that have yet to be fixed, and the order checkout page is far too clunky (for example, having to continually select USA as the ship-from location, as well as entering the current date gets old fast; these should be auto-filled). Orders we had not placed with other sellers would also randomly appear in our purchases, which then had to be cancelled.

This would all be forgivable if RM showed some signs of improving, which it did not. The final straw was when RM started taking our promotional material without permission and pasting it on Facebook, and then misattributed it to other venders. They also took someone else's advertisement and attributed it to our store, which resulted one very angry seller asking why we were passing their work off as ours.

RM is an absolutely terrible site run by people who care nothing about customer or seller experience.

Easily the worst run, most spamming website that sells cheap pirated items and copies of true Artists work from factories overseas. They will drown you in spammy emails, never give them your email. As a seller they have zero clue and no accounting division. You pay your bill and they will send you emails for months to "Pay your bill". If you order something, good luck actually getting it. Many customers report ordering items and even 3 months out, have no received what they paid for. The True Handmade Artisans left this site a LONG time ago. Stay away from Rebels Market at any cost.

Best Seller Ever!

I recently purchased a black hooded jacket with faux fur color, and silver zippers. I am in the US, and ordered it from overseas. The jacket arrived quicker than I expected. The jacket was beautiful! It was in perfect condition, and as pictured on the website.
My daughter usually wears a Large, but since it was a little tight on her, I requested an exchange for an XLarge. The seller was quick to respond, and said a new one was on it's way. Today I received the XLarge, and it's perfect! My daughter loves it. The seller emailed and said that there was no need to return the other jacket, which I appreciated, during this busy Holiday Season!
I would absolutely purchase from this seller again. Thank-you so much!

I ordered a too-good-to-be-true handbag from a dodgy supplier in China "fancythings" - Don't know how i fell for that name. Costed me over R1000 and that was WITH a discount. I payed for it in Feb. Took a month for me to get an email saying it was shipped. And the tracking number they gave me is "unknown". So im guessing it was a scam. I cannot believe how rebelsmarket allows scammers onto their website. Like surely any company with the name "fancythings" will make you think twice. I just fell for it because its marketed through rebelsmarket which comes across as a legit place to throw your money at. NEVER trusting anything on this website again

Monsterdam

Monsterdam - took me 8 months to get my stuff. Half way through I asked for refund and I was told I would have to wait for my stuff then return for refund. Did I mention it still hadn't been sent when asked for refund. Finally received items and their clothes are complete garbage. Prints not centred on shirts and their underwear are just horrible. Designs are cool but that's it. I put them in the trash.
After dealing with "Ivy" from rebels market customer support I don't want anything to do with them again. She did nothing and was ignorant. She should not be in that position. I did better on my own dealing with monsterdam.
I have ordered lots from rebels market and one bad apple should not ruin them all but it was "ivy" that took the cake!

Delivery is very timely and direct communication with seller regarding any issues is effective and attentive to my needs. Garments are unique additions to my clothing collection. Quality, fit and construction of garments has been highly satisfactory. Garments are from different countries and cost of return is such that you want to be sure to order something you are highly likely to keep!
