Recently purchased a $200 leather jacket. Upon receiving the jacket, it smelled terrrible and was from Pakistan and poorly made. I went to return it ($80 return fee) and I was told by USPS that once it hits Pakistan there's no way to track it anymore. If I had known it was coming from Pakistan and the return debacle I never would have bought it. The customer service is horrible too and accused me of not sending it to the proper address, when in fact, I had. Why would I pay $80 to send to the wrong address?! I want my refund, but thet are being difficult to do so. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.!

Ordered the jacket for my husband and he loves it and he looks very smart in it. Loved the corset style down each sleeve and when adjusted to fit perfectly the effect looked brilliant. We did have to take the corset effect off the back but that was due to hubbys shape and not the jacket itself, but even though we took the ties off the back the jacket still looks really good. Would definitely order again. Thank you so much.

As I love gothic clothing I ordered 2 facemasks a few weeks ago. And I received my order info by email stating that they would inform me about the shipping and delivery dates.
As I did not hear back from Rebelsmarket within 14 days I decided to write a quick email.
Belle from Rebelsmarket reacted within 24 hours and made sure I received my facemasks by the end of the week.
I do have to say that it was great customer support and a very swift reaction.

All the sellers are competent, skilled and I've not had any issues with any of my purchases. 5/5 to the shop owners!

However RM need to get their PR team together, there have been MULTIPLE instances of stealing people's photos to bully and harass them on their social media pages. Its kinda $#*!ty, especially as all the shop owners on the site are the ones who will suffer from RM's crappy PR. If you can ignore that then I can't think of any faults with the site and those who use it.

Terrible

Beware! Returns are practically impossible and if you manage to find where to return items to, you end up paying the shipping costs!

Oh and by the way, much of this merchandise ships from abroad and you end up having to pay the shipping costs. Never shopping here again.

I love the uniqueness of their products. I have never had a problem with any of the suppliers and everything arrives. I never even mind the wait because the product is worth it and it is not like it is being made in my backyard!

Write a review based on personal experience. In this store there is no quality control of the goods sold. There was a feeling that the sellers presented on the website, with the help of it get rid of defective, stale goods. Buy at your own risk. I've had no luck. The first time came jeans with a defective print. True the money was returned. Immediately ordered other jeans and they came on 31st of sizes, leg size 28th. This time the shop didn't even bother to answer the letter. Money, naturally, was gone. Apparently the stock of decency had been exhausted after the first time. I will never deal with this store again and I do not recommend it to you. Again, based on personal experience

I was refunded my money
February 11, 2016

I had ordered two dresses that were to small, I was informed I could return them and get a refund. After quite a few emails, they were pleasant, I did indeed get my money back. Thank you for this. With this review the outfits were very cool and trendy and I loved them, but were very small. Unfortunately I had to return them. I did get my money back. So overall I am very happy and pleased to say the people you work with on these orders have stuck to their word and were easy enough to deal with. On costumer services I give them 4 stars.

I've never written a bad review, but feel like I have to this time.
I ordered two skull cushion covers from icoolapparel. In the ad, the black drawings looked great against the white background.
I got them today- very disappointed. It arrived from China & when I opened it, it looked cheap and mass produced.
The lines weren't clean like the ad & the picture was on cheap looking hessian.
I even went back to the original ad to check if I'd stuffed up.
Very disappointed!

Heres another etsy type alternative,

The stores range from artisan / custom made type sellers,
- to procurer from china source / middle-man type set up,

But the main theme of the products on sale is alternative theme/youth culture etc.

Well... they closed my store with no warning. They approved my application a year ago and then I received an email stating that I wasn't a good fit. Lol wow ok... well I won't be shopping, selling or recommending RebelMarket to anyone. Proceed with caution.

I had a problem with the mailing address on my shipment as it was returned as undelivered. With the help of the people there all corrections were made and the items reshipped just in time for when I had to leave town and I had it with me when I left as that's why I got it in the first place.

Beware. I ordered multiple items from multiple sellers and after weeks of sitting in a "Pending Shipping" status, I reached out to inquire when the item might ship. One seller told me that the item was defective and the other told me it was out of stock. WTF?! I spent over $100 both times, never to get anything. Both times I had to open a dispute to get a refund. I would not recommend buying anything form here.

My daughter purchased this dress for her prom this June. The dress arrived very quickly. Dress looks exactly as it does on the model. Quality is very good and fits true to her measurements. She is so excited about her purchse! Very pleased with this company.

Never Again

I ordered a shirt for the first time from this company a few months back. When I received the order info, it said that my purchase wouldn't be here for three months. Okay... Was confused by that. Then it said that they sent me an XXX-LG. I ordered a medium. I even went back to my order to be sure that I didn't make a mistake when placing my order. I didn't.

I then decided to email the seller. She responded the next morning, which I appreciated, but then I heard nothing more from her after that one email about my order. I even emailed her again, and she ignored my message. I did finally receive my shirt, which was the correct size, but the fact that my order info was wrong, and then I was ignored left a bad taste. I'll shop elsewhere.
