Everything was going great until I received the cover. Upon opening I discovered that the rails were missing, BAK quickly filed a claim for my order, however, they did say the rails need to be "Built" so I will need to wait for a week or so to get the parts...
One was not made correctly and a bit warped which made installing more difficult. Where the edges had been trimmed on one it wasn't like the others and it wouldn't allow the clip to hold it properly.

I waited 2 months for my bedcover after being told I would have it before Christmas. I have 20 emails and countless phone calls trying to get the cover. As of today I'm told I will have to wait 12 to 16 weeks for the cargo manager. Out of all of your people I've had to deal with only 2 could make anything happen. Steve Betts was the best. David Reed also helped. Take a look at all the emails and and maybe tidy up your company.
