Customer service was great! We were at the dealership buying a new truck, the truck didn't come with a fifth wheel hitch and we had a trip planned in the next week. I called and spoke to John Baker you research the shipping facilities and found that there is one in Arizona where we live. He made sure that the order went into this facility versus one in a different state to assure that we could get the hitch as fast as possible.We ordered those late Saturday call man it's due to arrive today and we are leaving tomorrow making it just in time. I was going to order a bed cover locally, but I knew I would have to pay a little more for it. To sweeten the deal, they helped me out with a coupon code that made the deal too good to pass up. FedEx took a bit longer to deliver it than expected, but the end result was still the same.

On May 6th I ordered a trailer, a MK2 Multi Use Utility Trailer. It was listed as in stock; it was not.
Today I was advised that the trailer was not in stock. RealTruck accepted my payment and refuses to compensate me for the full cost of my purchase expense. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH RealTruck.
The customer was refunded in full.
Have purchased this cover before. Great value for price point. Real truck ships quickly and is very responsive.
