I am a veteran and I talked to a veteran, Butch At customer service. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful when he thanked me for my service. I bought a truck bed cover, inside bed liner and sun shades that fit my truck. He is the epitome of the word customer service. Just for the record I did not serve with him or have I ever met him. My son also bought a bed cover for his pick-up. My oldest son is thinking about buying a bed cover for his truck. Word of mouth advertising is the way to build a business but it is the employees that build friendships that causes customers to return.

Ordered 4 shocks for my vintage truck and was told by the sales rep " they're in stock and you'll have them by Friday". Friday comes and goes, no shocks. Saturday comes and ONE shock is delivered! Supposedly one was "damaged by fedex" but I have no clue how that's even possible? The other two shocks are still sitting in PA 2 days late already. I will not be back! You've been warned! Had a friend that also had a terrible experience with real truck as well.
I was looking for running boards for my transit van and found that RealTruck had a pair exactly what I was looking for.
After going back and forth with your representative about sizes I decided to order them. Being skeptical because my previous web searches indicated that the running board manufacturing industry was unreliable,
I called Blackhorse only to find that the RealTruck web site was wrong regarding the description.
I decided to cancel my order and was told that the billing department would email me back a confirmation of cancellation which hasn't happened and they billed my credit card when I placed my order even though the delivery would be 45 days out.
Now I expect to have problems getting my refund but I'll keep a positive thought.

First, was told the running boards were in stock and so I ordered them. The next day, the money was pulled out of my account. A few days later, I received email giving me a 5 day delivery time. It never came. I called and then I received in email that I won't receive for 2 to 3 more weeks so I cancelled my order. Then I had to wait for them to put the money back in my account. I decided to read reviews after the fact and there were other consumers that stated similar complaints.
I ordered the switchblade metal and all I received were the side rails! No cover, no hardware, just side rails that cost me more than $1600. I have a golf trip coming up very soon and don't have time for this error on your side. I called customer service and my order shipped in one package, so now a support ticket is opened and will take 3-4 days to look into this. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed in how this is being handled so far!
I was told my cover would ship in 1-2 days and I'd receive it in 3-5 days. It's been a week and it's not shipped. I've called, opened customer service tickets and yet no one has yet to contact me. I finally got ahold of a representative and was told I'd receive a email that they would ship from the right warehouse. I've never received anything from anyone. Over a week now and my order says pending yet they took the money out of my account the second I hit the order button.

Ordered a set of running boards on June 18. After being told they'd ship between June 28 and July 5 I decided to cancel my order within an hour of placing it and was told the product had already shipped!
I'm hoping I don't get a big hassle returning them.
