I purchased a tonneau cover, along with other items, that promised shipment within a week. Three weeks later, after being charged over $1,800, I have received three boxes from TonneauCoversWorld, each of which contained parts of a previously opened GatorTrax tonneau cover for my truck, but still not a complete cover. Apart from purchasing a new cover (not open box), several necessary components of a functional cover system are still missing, making it impossible to install. After three tries, and several calls, emails, and chat messages, no resolution. They appear intent on keeping my $1,800 while never actually sending me the product that I purchased. Difficult to tell if this is an elaborate fraud, or if they are really this incompetent

I was looking for a lower sitting running board for my 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LTZ Z71 Crew Cab. As most of you know the floor of this is high and I am only 5'8'' tall. I had to pull-up my self to get in the truck. Which is not easy I am 71 years old and handicap with my left hip.
I choose this style because the salesperson Mr. Michael Todd recommended and he explained an this style the side steps are lower than the other flat of round running boards.
They were delivered on time with no damage from Fedex. Very well packed and was no missing hardware.
I followed the very simple instructions and Valah I installed both of them in 45 minutes with on help which includes popping out the plastic knobs. From the truck.
The steps are located correctly and they are sitting 5" lower from the bottom of the rocker panel and comes with three brackets already welded to the support pipe.
I highly recommend this running board with steps for short and older people.

I tried to find the replacement pads on your web page but they are no where to be found. Had to go to chat room which is ok she helped me get my pads. Great job by your chat room person. It just would have been a little easier it they were available on your web page parts dept.
Everything went great. Agent was able to help me out and get my item ordered.

Greg walked me through what I thought I needed to cover the bed of my truck and then told me to look at the options on Real Truck's website to select the one I wanted. He steered me to items that were in stock knowing that I wanted to receive it as quickly as possible. He also estimated about how long it would take to get to me IF I ordered it before or after a certain time. It was here in four days! I will install it on my truck this afternoon after the 95 degree heat dissipates. This is my second purchase with Real Truck and I will definitely use them again
I recently ordered headlights for my sons truck. There was no info included for the rep or myself if the headlights came with bulbs. You would think that would be included so the customer would know.

Went with this brand due to sale price and low profile appearance. I hope the tape holds them in the window track when window is open on the road because they dont bend and spring into place. I like the look a lot.

The person on chat was very helpful and told me that the product was supposed to fit my truck, and if it did not fit and had to be sent back, since I was ordering through chat it would be picked up for for free. Found out that another part I wanted was on backorder.
