Although I had not installed the Nerf Bars yet (just arrived yesterday), the service was excellent. The person I chatted with was speedy in giving me answers and take my order. If all goes well with the installation, I will definitely do business with Real Truck again.

I'm not the type to order online because you usually don't get what your told or purchased, (usually because they just want to make a sell). Rapid shipping is not real. I was told product will be arriving 2 to 3 business days. I ordered friday8/27. Its thursday9/2 10:50pm right now. Nothing.

Order process - great. However product arrived with a dent and there is no evidence of damage to the package. NO contact from Real Truck to resolve issue. Another product order earlier is also unresolved.
