Got a 100$ off for next purchase kind of thing, problem was never got the code. Called customer service got a real live person and got a solution. Called placed my order and just like that paid half for what I needed 100 off included. No hassles no quibbling. Love this company and will continue to buy from them!

My truck is inoperable as we speak. I paid $1600 for these steps and can't use them nor my truck. Please understand my frustration. The T-Nut inserts (x4) are missing and are on back order for 3-4 weeks yet they are still selling the kits. Take care of your customers!

Ordered new husky floor matt Liners there backed Ordered 1 to 2 months. Fronts are 1 month and rear are 2 months.

I like the BAKflip so much that this is my 3rd one on a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The first one was destroyed in an accident and the second one lasted 10 years. The Tacoma is a Survey field truck and the BAK goes open and closed many times a day. I think most of the damage is from sitting outside when it snows 2' and a few freeze-thaw cycles. I like it better than a shell as it allows me to haul motorcycles and other large items.

Installation was pretty easy, had to clean out the rail mounting holes since I had a sprayed bed liner, tokk about 1.5 hours. I was missing the screws for mounting the cargo protector though.

Look wonderful. Love em'. I can hardly wait to see how they wash easily. Love the way they conform to the floor of the Blazer.

A little confused on the right one to order, started chat and the girl was wonderful, helped me order the right one. Told me when to expect it, I asked if it could come any quicker as we had a trip in the mountains planned, she said she'd try. Two days later it was here! Wonderful!

It was good had to ask new questions with this newer equipment and my experience with the salesman was great very knowledgeable about what I had questions about he took his time with me and done I think everything possible to get the job done
