Received a box that looks as if it has gone thru world war 3, inside this beautifully damaged box was a rim that i would use for a core instead of a product that should be new and perfect. Called in a shipping product issue and was told, "it will take 4-5 days before the vendor will get back with you" after sending in pictures of the box and rim after removing from it, that were damaged. Now i have to wait to deliver a customers vehicle due to not having a rim, and having to explain to customer why they cant have their vehicle back
Web site states the tonneau cover I wanted was in stock, so I ordered it. Order was pending for several days, so I got on the website and opted to text/chat. Rep said my cover was at least 40 days out for manufacturing then add shipping. I tried to call at the website phone number and was on hold for over an hour. Seriously?. So I opted to cancel my order. Now my even my cancelation has been pending for a few days. Is there anybody there?
After learning there was no ETA for my cover, support offered to cancel my order and order me an in-stock cover. I paid full price again. I was told I need to wait to get a call or email before refund of the original would be granted. I was a little put-off that the transactions were not completed on the call. I am waiting for someone to call back without a time frame. But they handled the new order great.

The delivery was great 3 days that was the good part one rail was bent I straightened that had to drill new holes in the front fastener when I dropped the bolts down through they weren't even close and I also had to reposition and drill new holes for the last latch other than that it looks and works great

Ordered the black horse atlas roll bar, within a week after having someone professionally drill holes and install the item it begin to rust from underneath the paint in multiple areas all over the roll bar. Called real truck between two separate calls spent 4 hours! Waiting for someone to pick up. Then begin to work with a rep through email and I wouldn't get a response till weeks later. Went back and forth in regards of needing boxes since this is not a small item at all, nor is it exactly light …. So at my expense I would need to box it. Due the time dealing with real truck and the fact of more wasted time trying to break this item back down and box it back up and plan a pick up with delivery I had it powder coated at my expense. BUYERS BEWARE I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
