I ordered a Bakflip MX4 tonneau cover for my 2014 Ram 3500 Dually 8ft bed. Shipping was very fast and installation was really easy. The quality is excellent and I love the option of being able to fold it all the way forward so I have access to the front bed with my fifth wheel hooked up.

The experience purchasing a superchips programmer was easy and felt secure. Questions I had were fielded by Anne Z and she answered or got the answers to my questions then made it easy for me to make the purchase. I had additional questions about future products that she said she'd email me info on and I feel she will once she has them

My new front bumper looks great and the delivery was great and the box protected my front bumper was really clean.

You get what you pay for. Looked at some lower cost covers but this is one of the only ones that still allows you to use the whole bed space. Easy to install, works and looks great. Just installed 3/18/2023.

Watched a utube video and it was completely different than the install for the cover. Appears to me that you have changed the install process. If so, please make a new video of the process.

My call was answered on the second ring and the person on the other end was very courteous and helpful with answering questions regarding a match for my pickup and whether my order could be shipped to my physical address since I have a post office box. It was a quick and easy experience that was done in about five minutes.

We requested a refund for the above order due to miscommunication with the representative when placing the order and the misunderstanding for the purpose of our need. We did proceeded in purchasing the correct item, but as a repeat customer, I will reevaluate my continued doing business with the company.
