Very little effort to engage this service. Concerned that I will be pursued by many overbearing lenders or real estate agents looking to profit from my desire to refinance.

The process is simple, I just hope I am not inundated with emails and phone calls from real estate agents. I just want to know what its worth for my records.

I am glad to find a place I can get an estimate without having phone calls from multiple realtors wanting to know if I want to sell. Please don't call. Email only the estimated value.

I think that this is a great link to get a head start on selling your home or property I think I would use it again. But then again I haven't heard anything back after submitting my request

If it is a free report I don't think I need to include my phone number. My email address should be enough. I don't like getting calls on things I did not ask for.

I'll find out exactly how good the experience is based on the free report that I receive, and the detail provided. I did however find it easy to provide my address and contact information.

So far, my experience with this service is not bad, however it is not clear why my telephone number is required. There is no need for a real estate salesperson to contact me.

Ok. But if after all this, all I get is a promise you'll send the report to me by email. Thats not instantly.

I spent $5000 and ALL of the leads were the wrong # or email address. I called to complain and get a refund and they promised they would send better ones and replace them. It was all BS. Now of coarse they say they can not issue a refund. RUN!

I absolutely hate when sites require you to "verify you're looking to sell" and allow realtors to get your info when just trying to find an accurate estimated valuation, and would give 0 stars if I could. I don't want to be harassed by realtors just for trying to get an accurate value estimate.

Misleading ad. You indicated you would send home value estimate immediately. Instead I received an email to talk to someone. I don't want to talk to someone, always trying to sell something. Ridiculous!

I just want to get an estimate as soon as possible not have to wait for something cuz I possibly maybe buying it if the price is right so immediate estimate would be better than having to wait for someone to contact me

I gave my experience 3 stars because I am being asked to rate my experience before receiving my report via email. I would have rated my experience higher if I was asked to rate my experience have receiving my report.

They lie saying that they will give you a guaranteed referral. At best they will give you a lead which you have to struggle to get them to provide to you. A lead is not a referral and hey will charge you $750 + for a lead you could get for $20 elsewhere. Stay Away!
