Not able to pull up property with current address. Road name changes and so forth. It's been years since the road names have changed.

This told me nothing, no entry areas for condition of house or features what on earth are you going to base an estimate on.

Don't bug me with calls. Just use comps for 3 bed/2 bath, 1300 sq ft/excellent condition with spectacular yard and views
