Why a time estimate if I am only looking for a general value? I am hoping that I will actually get an estimate, not a bunch of unwanted phone calls - would be nice to know that up front as well.

You should not insist on giving you the phone number! With all the junk calls one receives these days the use of phones is not practical anymore. An email address should suffice!

I like that its totally voluntary, there was no prompt to sign up which I really appreciate, when I'm ready to sell I will move forward with this system

The phone number field errered on a correct format. I used help fill and had to start over again. Strange error the format was correct but error kept up.

I do not like giving my information because people will not leave me alone then. I do not want people to call me and spam my e-moil just to find out information. This is bull $#*! and I hate that.

My house is the nicest house in my area the estamates are always far to low for my house because of all the other much lower house values in my area thanks!
