They charged a wrong amount which they said they have fixed but without telling me they reentered that amount. I had to spend over a month to get a refund for that amount. They say they will get back to you but never do. You have to reach them out.
Ultimately the letter was deemed fake by my apartment because it had a UPS location as the address. The whole experience was awful.

Not a great experience but everything was legit. They made mistakes in the letter which I had to get corrected again by the therapist. Instead of 3 days, I got my letter in 5 days. Delayed process was a hassle but the letter got accepted by the apartment complex. Too many questions in the initial process and I had to call them for helping with it. I would rate them good but not what I was expecting for $150.

I spoke with a representative on website chat and then on the phone. The process seems longer than you think and it consumes a lot of time. But once the online questionnaire is filled out, it takes them only 3 days to write the letter. I was skeptic about the letter being legit so I called their therapist. The therapist was licensed and I found out that it is legally enforceable document. I can now fly with my cat without worrying about my anxieties.
